This is a superb, wonderful cottage by the River Radovna, 2 bedrooms. With a magical swimming lake just 500 metres away. In the Triglav National Park

Large main bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom with large shower. There is a further bedroom on this floor with two single beds.

An open plan living, dining and kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen. There is also a further bathroom with large shower.

Set by the River Radovna away from it all, with a short 12 minute drive into Bled.

A short 10 minute walk will take you to a glorious emerald colour swimming lake, perfect for bathing.

Pets - Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.

Relaxing Stay

Clean comfortable property in a beautiful location. It had all the facilities we needed and we slept very well. Loved going to the local lake for a swim. It’s close to the mountains for walking and Bled for a more relaxing lakeside day.

Lovely house in the middle of nowhere :)

We had a nice stay. The house is as described in a beautiful and lonely area. No other houses are around and the sea is really close. You definitely need a car to get around but it is really nice to calm down.

Ruhig und erholsam

Das Ferienhaus liegt - wie beschrieben - im Nationalpark. Es ist wunderbar abgeschieden und ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Der nahe Badesee hat im Sommer eine angenehme Temperatur und wurde von uns täglich am Morgen und Abend besucht. Die umliegenden Berge laden zu Wanderungen ein. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Kleinere Probleme (Spülmaschine) wurden umgehend gelöst. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Relaxing stay in comfortable property

Loved our stay here. The property has all the amenities needed including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Beds very comfortable and welcomed the change of linen, towels after a week. Contact with the owners was excellent, very attentive. Location may be quiet for some but ideal for us and we swam in the local lake nearly every day. Easy access to the local shop and to Bled. Hope to return.

Wunderschönes Haus inmitten der Natur

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in einem ruhigen Seitental im Triglav Nationalpark. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Beispiel nach Bled oder Ljubljana. Kleiner Badesee quasi vor der Haustür. Ideal auch mi Hund.

Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur in einem Tal umgeben von Bergen. Der Triglav Nationalpark ist ein fantastisches Urlaubsziel, man kann toll wandern und danach baden -entweder in dem kleinen fußläufigen Badesee oder im wunderschönen Bleder See (15 Min Autofahrt). Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, man vermisst nichts. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten mit Sitzecke. Das Haus liegt an einem Weg, wo nur vereinzelt Autos fahren. Unsere Kinder haben den Urlaub genossen. Und wir auch!

Das Haus sieht genau wie auf den Bildern aus. Es liegt im Nationalpark, in einem Tal, an einem Fluss. Sehr ruhig, ab und zu kommen Wanderer und Radfahrer vorbei, selten ein Auto. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist genau richtig. Man kann vom Haus direkt schöne Rad-und Wandertouren machen. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir hatte eine tolle Zeit!

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet (z.B. mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, moderne Heizung, Föhn, Handtücher, Bettwäsche), liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt einsam im Nationalpark. Ab und zu kommen nur mal ein paar Wanderer, Radfahrer oder Kühe vorbei. Perfekte Lage für schöne Tagesausflüge in Slowenien oder auch kürzere Wanderungen in der direkten Umgebung. Einziger Minuspunkt ist das WLAN, welches zum einen begrenzt ist und zum anderen nur von einem einzigen Gerät zur Zeit nutzbar ist. Für uns kein Problem, mit Teenagern könnte das allerdings zu Streit führen. Ansonsten ein tolles, gemütliches Haus in perfekter Lage, für alle die nach Natur und Ruhe suchen.

Comfortabele cottage in een prachtige omgeving !

De cottage is gelegen langs een rustige grindweg op 100m van de hoofdweg. De woning is voorzien van alle comfort en alles is zeer proper. Bij aankomst moet de sleutel uit een sleutelkluisje gehaald worden, er is met andere woorden niemand aanwezig om je rond te leiden door de woning. Maar dit vonden we geen minpunt. Op wandelafstand van de woning bevindt zich een zwemvijver waar er op warme dagen flink wat volk aanwezig is. Dit zorgt voor wat wandelverkeer voor de woning maar veroorzaakt zeker geen overlast. Dicht bij de woning stroomt ook een riviertje met superhelder water. Hou er rekening mee dat er in de nabije omgeving van de woning geen kruidenierswinkels -, restaurants ed zijn. Voor boodschappen heb je met andere woorden de wagen nodig. Graag willen we ook onze contactpersoon Justin Young bedanken voor de vlotte correspondentie !

Prachtige ligging!

Het is een prachtige woning, vlak bij bos en een meertje. Schitterende omgeving voor uitstapjes. In de ochtend en avond zie je reeën en vosjes! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Enige nadeel is dat het ca 20 min rijden is naar dorpje of supermarkt.

Ons verblijf in Radovna was tip-top in orde, zeer mooi ingericht huis met alle comfort. Slechts twee puntjes van kritiek: - jammer van de muizen die je 's nachts wakker houden - jammer dat er in het huisje quasi geen mobiel surfen mogelijk is en dat de snelheid van de wifi ook tergend traag is

Hello Thank you for the nice comments. Sorry to hear about the mouse, I am only sad you did not mention it during your stay as we would have come and dealt with it, we thought we had caught the intruder a few weeks back but obviously not, but we have now! Its a remote country house so sometimes this can happen, but like I say we would have come immediately and dealt with it if you had reported the problem. Anyway it seems you really enjoyed everything else so thats good, as mentioned before your stay each rental gets 6gb of internet usage which is usually enough unfortunately after that the provider reduces the speed and there is nothing we can do.

Tolles Haus in schöner Gegend!

Just fantastic but marred by early-season house-mates!

Lovely place, terrifically situated for a quiet but not totally isolated place. Excelent facilities. Unfortunately the house was enjoyed by rodents (edible dormouse) which may be harmless but prevented a good night's sleep. Hopefully measures will now have been taken to chase them away and the house can thoroughly please anyone booking it.

Best Holiday House ever!

The location of the house is wonderful, tucked on the edge of the forest in this stunning valley. On our arrival the house was cleaned and presented perfectly, it is more beautiful than the pictures, we did not see pictures of the garden but its lovely, and you feel quite private which we like. The lake was a gem, although in mid June it was not that warm but refreshing! Helena and Justin who manage the property were super throughout helping us with information on the area etc. If you want a gorgeous house, beautifully presented I would highly recommend a stay here, unforgettable!
