Oceanfront townhome sleeps 6! Honokeana Cove #101
Welcome to Unit #101, Honokeana Cove’s only 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse! Sleeps 6. Two remodeled lanais with abundant seating give you an amazing view of a beautiful cove, filled with tropical fish and Honu (Hawaiian Sea Turtles) with expansive views of Napili Point and the island of Molokai.
Unit #101 is a two-story unit with a third-level Mezzanine. The two bedrooms each have king-sized beds and the Mezzanine features two twins, that may be made into a king bed. The unit has updated appliances and a wine cooling unit in the master that holds 18 bottles of wine. A new 40” flat screen TV with a BluRay and a Bose Sound-Wave speaker round out your personal entertainment options (but you will want to be out on the lanai’s watching the turtles from above!).
Unit #101 This unit offers privacy that is unparalleled on Maui and is just steps from the Ocean, pool and BBQ area. With the condo unit being two stories and on the corner of the building the ocean air and breezes fill the unit, eliminating the need for air-conditioning. UV blocking roller shades on the west side of the unit allow you to block out the sun in the afternoon ensuring the unit temperature stays comfortable.
Kapalua/Napili beaches are a short walk away and numerous fine restaurants and grocery shopping are nearby. Kapalua’s famous world- class golf courses are within 1 mile of Honokeana Cove. This unit changed ownership in May of 2015 and the new owners have updated it substantially and continue to do so with each of their visits. Guests staying in Unit #101 have called it “Perfect” and a “wonderful location “ since the improvements (please see reviews). As a recent guest wrote in their review, “Unit 101 is absolutely pristine. I am almost afraid to say it was the best unit we have ever stayed in because of its location…almost over the water, because it may be next to impossible to get reservations for our next trip."
NEW TO VACATION CONDO RENTAL? If you're used to giant hotels with mile-long hallways, you'll find Honokeana Cove a refreshing change. You won't have hotel features like daily maid service, 24 hour desk, restaurant, gym or spa. Instead, you'll enjoy comfortable condos with full kitchen, bath and bedroom(s), perfect for couples, families and groups to relax together. We're not a "party" destination, because we keep quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. There are just 38 units in this gated oceanfront property, featuring basking sea turtles and never ending sunsets. We can't wait to welcome you!
Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfection.. All Honokeana Cove units are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every guest. Housekeepers use EPA hospital-grade disinfectant sprays and cleaning agents with extra attention to all high-touch surfaces. All dishware including plates, bowls, glassware, coffee cups and silverware is washed at high temperature settings. All soft surfaces, including couches, occasional chairs and mattresses are sprayed with a disinfectant to assure cleanliness and safety. Linens and towels are washed with the highest heat temperature and additional drying time, to ensure proper sanitization.
