Our villa is a luxurious, self- catering, newly built, and modernly designed 150 m2 property. It can accommodate comfortably up to 8 people and it is suitable for families.
Our guests can enjoy a spacious outdoor sitting area, sunbeds by the private pool in a secluded peaceful and quiet enviroment.
A gorgeous wooden treehouse, swings,cribs, outdoor games and even the possibility of riding a bike inside the protected area of the property, can keep children occuppied carelessly and happy allday long.
But also special for the children we offer a playstation 3, netflix connection, board games and books.

The villa is almost 2 kilometers away from lefkada town centre plenty of restaurants, cafe and shops.
But also only 2 kilometers away from the famous Ag. Giannis beach with its windmills.
The location of the villa is ideal for holiday activities such as hiking, horse-riding, wind and kite surfing.
Our guests can enjoy in a very special price a trip around the small islands around lefkas island (scorpios, with a luxury italian 45ft motor boat.

The Aktio-Preveza airport is just 20 km away, the marina -boat port 3 km away and a few hundred meters away the road that leads visitors to the island’s stunning west coast (i. Ag. Nikitas 10km,Kathisma,Egremni,Porto Katsiki beaches).
