Hidden Katama Gem with a Beautiful Backyard

Charming 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom ranch. This property is in a quiet area 1 mile from South Beach, right off the bike path. It's a 2 mile ride into the heart of Edgartown where there are shops and wonderful restaurants. This house has a spacious backyard with plenty of places to relax with a fire pit for evening entertainment. Recently we've installed central air conditioning for our guests to enjoy. This rental is a Sunday to Sunday rental and sleeps 6. A perfect family vacation spot close to Martha's Vineyards most desirable locations.

We really enjoyed house, backyard and location.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at 16 Hillman drive. The house and large backyard were very pleasant and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We liked the neighborhood and location. There is a great bike path at end of street and South Beach and Edgartown are a short bike or car ride away. The owners were very responsive when we had a slight internet glitch. We would gladly return again!
