In one of the most desirable areas of LBI - with relatively low density and huge beach with nearby lifeguards.

Sleeps 12 in bedrooms plus 2 more on Queen AirMattress. Plenty of floor space for additional air mattresses - maximum occupancy 16.
At least 8 Beach chairs & 3 umbrellas provided.
Air conditioning has 7 zones (5 separate units) - you will always be cool!
