Situated within the exclusive Leuca-Otranto Coastal Park, "Foresta Forte" is a beautiful detached rental house offering a unique stay experience, immersed in nature and boasting a breathtaking panorama. The 65 sqm interior property is entirely clad in local stone and enriched with details in Lecce's carparo stone. It blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape, characterized by terraces with dry stone walls and centuries-old olive trees.
Exteriors and Panorama
The jewel in the crown of this property is the large, terraced rock garden of 2000 sqm.
A charming sea-view porch hosts a lovely outdoor lounge area with a table and sun loungers, the ideal place to relax while admiring the wonderful sea views.
At the back, in a reserved and secluded position, lies a beautiful 5x5 meter swimming pool (depth 1.40 m), perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days.
Completing the property is convenient free external parking, located right next to the perimeter wall.
The interior comprises:
An open-plan living area with a kitchenette, fireplace, TV, and a comfortable double sofa bed.
A sleeping area with two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds.
A bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The villa is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows and can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. An air conditioner is located near the sleeping area.
