Less than 800 meters from the first access to the sea (Ponte Ciolo) the villa has some peculiarities, typical of the area: the stone cladding, in fact, combined with the Lecce carparo are the background to the terraced gardens with dry stone walls and olive trees.
The graceful residence with a large ornamental garden all terraced has a suggestive portico overlooking the sea embellished with a lovely outdoor sitting area, table and deck chairs where you can comfortably relax while observing the wonderful panorama.
Inside there is a large air-conditioned living room with open kitchen and masonry, a fireplace, a TV and is equipped with a double sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds. Finally there is a bathroom complete with services and washing machine.
