The rental is weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm and check-out by 10.00 am. For different needs please contact us by phone.
The price includes all utilities: water, gas, electricity, WIFI, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Gas for heating 15 euros per day.
The apartment is approximately 80 m2 and is located on the ground floor of a 2-storey house.
Once you arrive on site, you walk along a path adorned with flowers that leads to the large 90 m2 terrace. from where a wonderful view of the village opens up.
The apartment consists of a large kitchen with living room equipped with a double sofa bed with TV, 2 double bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other service with WC; and there is no shortage of conveniences such as dishwasher and washing machine. The entire space is covered by free WIFI with a speed of 100 mb/s
In summer, it will be a pleasure to spend hours on the large terrace dedicated to tanning or consuming delicious lunches based on grilled meat or fish, prepared with the barbecue on the terrace, or sipping a good glass of wine and admiring a wonderful sunset on the Mediterranean bush. And for those who love four-legged friends, it's not a problem, the open spaces are protected by gates, you can stay calm while your "friends" go wild in games and whirlwind races.
The location is strategic, in fact just a few kilometers away you can access both brand new golf courses and the new longest cycle path in Europe, from where the Giro d'Italia also started. Nearby there are both equipped and free beaches, tennis courts, paddle courts, paths for trekking or cycling.
Moving about 24 km we arrive in Sanremo, home of songs and the Festival, and an important Casino, we can then continue to Monte Carlo, the pearl of France.

In San Lorenzo Al Mare you will find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors and a playground for children

Absolute bliss

I loved the property. I stayed for two months and enjoyed every minute. Gino and Madelena are great hosts. They are available if you need them and leave you to enjoy the house if you like. The area and views are beautiful. For me personally needing to recuperate from physical and mental health issues it was the perfect cure.

Great time to recover

La Tavernetta is a wonderfull quiet place, we had a great time to recover, good connection to w-lan and 2 nice retaurants. The pharmacy is also not far. Especially the people from Civezza are very nice, gentle and helpfull. We felt very comfortable. Many thanks to our great host Gino and his wife!!! Molto grazie!!!

Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung "La Tavernetta" eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Als Familie mit 4 Personen ist das Apartment auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Zwar bietet es Schlafplätze für bis zu 6 Personen, jedoch wäre es mit 6 Personen schon recht eng, vor allem im Bad. Sauberkeitsfanatiker sollten ihre Ansprüche etwas herunterschrauben. Ein eigener Staubsauger für die Wohnung wäre zum Beispiel noch wünschenswert. Diesen hat uns der Vermieter aber sofort auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert, wobei wir Vorort kaum Kontakt zueinander hatten. Der Vermieter selbst wohnt mit im Haus (obere Wohnung), was die Schlüsselübergabe sowie den Kontakt sehr einfach gestaltet. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse, auf der man schön frühstücken- und auch abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Zwei Häuser nebenan befindet sich außerdem eine Apotheke. Auch ein eigener Parkplatz gehört zum Apartment. Der Ort Civezza ist etwas im Hinterland gelegen und daher sehr ruhig. Dennoch ist man mit dem Auto schnell an den Küstenorten. Für uns ist "La Tavernetta" auf jeden Fall einen Aufenthalt wert.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Civezza

Wir (2 Erwachsene + Labarador) haben vom 10.06.-24.06.23 in Gino's Apartment "La Tavernetta" gewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die Panorama-Terrasse mit Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge war wunderbar bepflanzt u. sehr großzügig bemessen. Verschattung gegen die Mittags- und Abensonne war, wenn gewünscht, ebenfalls vorhanden. WiFi top, Betten bequem, Badezimmer und Gäste-WC alles in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit Gino war klasse, es fehlte uns an nichts! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Grazie Mille, Gino

Erholsame Tage in Civezza

Wir hatten schöne 14 Tage in der Wohnung. Leider war das Wetter diesen Mai sehr durchwachsen, wodurch wir die meiste Zeit innen essen mussten. Was im Sommer sichrlich gut ist, dass die Sonne nicht dirket in die Wohnung scheinen kann, war in unserem Fall eher etwas hinderlich, da der Wohnraum und die Küche nicht sehr hell sind (Balkon der Vermieter darüber schattet ab und es ist auch nur das Fenster in der Eingangstüre mit welchem der Raum beleuchtet wird). Dadurch war die Wohnung relativ kühl und zum Lesen innen im Wohnraum zu dunkel. Die Betten waren gut und die Küchenausstattung sehr gut. So kamen wir bei dem schlechten Wetter viel zum lesen und haben uns gut erholt.
