About this property

Stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea, 20m infinity pool, separate pool house

You will find Mas Belvédère in the hills north of Cannes. The property offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Esterel Mountains. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with absolutely no interference from neighbors. Great for families! The main house sleeps four and the guest house at the pool sleeps two. There are areas for outdoor dining and relaxing both at the main house and along the pool. We hardly ever eat indoors ourselves! Security is very high with electric gates, alarm and fence all around.

The main house has two double bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room with an open fireplace and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The pool house has one bedroom, full bathroom and a kitchenette. Outside there is plenty of space for entertainment both at the main house and around the pool with dining areas on both places. The infinity pool is extra long and perfect for swimming - 20 m long and 3.2 m wide. There is also a private court for boule de petanque.

It's a 10 minutes drive to great supermarkets or the small village of Cabris with plenty of great restaurants (a nice walk of 30 minutes). Please note that a car is a must.

Please be aware that BOOKINGS must be for a minimum of 7 days and run from SATURDAY to SATURDAY only.

Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Wash all extra towels used and replace them where you found them. • Empty all garbage bins in the houses. Tidy up the kitchen and start the dishwasher machine if it is porcelain in.
• Lock the pool house and put the keys on the dining table. • Put the gate remote control and the keys to the laundry room on the diningtable. • Lock the house and put the key in the key box!
Clean the forth bedroom if it has been used. See instructions in welcome guide. Thanks for your understanding!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The house is rented with 3 bedrooms. You may use the 4th, but please wash used bed linen and clean the room before you leave.
