Loon Cottage is located on beautiful Cobbosseecontee Lake in Winthrop, Maine. Loon Cottage has a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We have an outdoor gas grill, fire pit for roasting marshmallows, picnic table and Adirondack Chairs. Cobbosseecontee is one of central Maine's largest body of water. Cobbossee is noted for its excellent bass fishing, ranked #52 in 2014 by Bassmaster Magazine. The lake has a lighthouse, many small islands and coves, take advantage of our canoe to explore. Our guests can access the Monmouth Boat Launch located a few miles from our house or utilize our boat launch. Our waterfront features a dock, perfect for fishing. Enjoy the echoes of the loons and eagles on the lake!

This cottage was booked for a guys fishing trip. It was comfortable for them, had all they needed for cooking and the lake acces was great. They spent all day on the lake and still didn't get to fish it all. They had a blast. Would definitely recommend this cottage.

this cabin is great, big yard, plenty of parking, and a great dock for mooring a boat.The cabin is extremely clean, check in is a breeze and there is a Hannafords, large hardware store and gas 10 minutes away. I will be back for sure.

Really nice, very clean, 3 bedroom, lake house, 5 beds with bunk beds in one of the rooms. Living room looks out over the lake. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the pans and silverware etc. Beautiful lake. Great views. Plenty of room. Washer/Dryer bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Price was more than reasonable and I'd stay there again in the future. Good breakfast place (Phil's) about 9 minutes from the house. Host had everything ready to go when we arrived and no issues at all!

This is our third year at this location and all I can say it's perfect. The cottage is spotless and provides all the necessary items for an amazing stay. Internet is super fast. Beds and pillows are super comfy, three beds and bunk bed will plenty of extra blankets to keep you warm on a cold winter nights. If you need a RELAX

Great cabin and host

Brought my son fishing for the weekend ! Property was great- right on the lake and was perfect for a weekend away. Very clean and had everything we needed! We will be staying here again for sure
