Schmucker Rentals, Tecumseh Island. Great fishing off the point.

Nice, Clean, and Great Location are a few of the biggest reasons why many of our guests have returned for the past 18 years. Our cottage guestbook is filled with pages and pages of outstanding reviews on this property.

Tecumseh rental is a beautiful home located on Tecumseh Island's main channel (not a back water channel) with 180 feet of waterfront. It offers a large boat house
with an electrical lift. There is 30 feet additional docking space
along the side channel. Enjoy sunsets down the main channel from the point of this corner lot. A swim ladder is on the point.

This rental has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and one full bath. A full size futon bed is available in the living room. Please provide your own queen sheets, blankets, pillows and bath towels. This helps keep our cleaning fee to a minimum of $40 and prevents the owners having to do 3 hours of laundry each stay.

Our house has been completely upgraded with new appliances,
tile flooring, and carpet. The furnished screened porch is a nice place to relax.
The fishing is great off the point of the property.
This house is at the end of a private drive, and off the main island road.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and cute. Very homey. We had everything we could want. Great yard with grill, tables and chairs, corn hole and fire pit. There was a slip for a boat if you’re lucky enough to have one. The neighbors were friendly and kind. I’d love to return for another stay.

Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The location is great. Water on two sides of the home. Easy access to the big lake. The screened in porch was a great place to read my book and still enjoy the breeze and look at the lake. Everything you could need was in the home. Jon answered the few questions we had immediately. Easy check in and check out.

Wonderful experience start to finish! Easy communication and a great lake house, perfect for unplugging and relaxing. Very peaceful area, comfy beds, great water pressure! Cannot say enough Wonderful things about this place and will definitely plan to go back again.

Great location for fishing and relaxing

Great spot for our 2-day getaway! Really enjoyed the large, lakefront backyard and fishing along the channel, fire pit, and screened-in back porch. Jon is a great host and available to help with anything you might need. Woody’s restaurant is also nearby - great place for pizza or breakfast! Mmight need.

This was my husband and my 2nd stay here. We brought my sister this time and stayed for a week. It was calm and relaxing. There was a storm that knocked out power but that is qeather. We enjoyed the stay.

Weekend Getaway

Very clean and nice. Relaxing area right on the water. Little fishing, boating, and cornhole. Plenty of things to entertain. We enjoyed the sunsets that you could enjoy from the point, leading into an evening around the fire pit. Would love to make this a yearly outing for the family!

Birthday Surprise at the Lake

Had a great time at the Lake house. We Surprised my dad with my sister from California. House was spacious and well appointed. My mom and sister enjoyed having coffee on the screened in patio. Unfortunately it rained all day on the second day but that allowed for us to check out Cranberries Restaurant, the Tilten Hilton and Woodys for dinner. Would absolutely book again!

Just What needed

Even with the Hot days, stay was Great. Knew fishing would be slow but the place was "Great" as always.. Cant go wrong staying here. Will be back. Jon was awesome as usual!!
