What makes this Condo unique
Location is around 20 minutes north of Key West and the same to Marathon to the north, Big Pine and the Key Deer reserve is 10 minutes north,Bahia Honda state park is just past Big Pine and a visit there is a must. On Sugar Loaf Key, next key south there are seanic flight by fantasy Dan, car shows take place there too, on Cudjoe itself is everything you need from kayaks to sea food, miniature golf and restaurants, however, we are just off the beaten track, nice and quiet. The community is fenced and secure with a manned security gate that everyone must go through to enter. PLEAS NOTE: There is a one time payment of $100 plus tax,taken on arrival, this is the resort fee. See description for further details.

- Kitchen: Monster fridge-freezer, oven, microwave,double sink unit. Lounge: Luxury queen sofa bed, large dining area,comfy recliner, rocker, Cable TV. hi-fi, phone:-free local calls. Bathroom: Bath & shower! Bedroom: Queen bed, Beautiful ocean view and God's natural a/c blows thru' the window at night. We have T.V.s in the lounge , bedroom 1 and in the Florida Room 2 sofa beds King and Queen certainly a room with a view , sunrise and sea.

Excellent property and excellent location
Very much enjoyed this quiet location with great ocean views. My stay wasn’t long, but enjoyed the excellent pool and hot tub. Even played pickleball a couple of mornings. Everyone was friendly on the resort.
Sometimes it's the simple things in life that work,pickleball.
Into the start of the new year and all the little jobs are done and we are rolling.
We have 2 backup a.c. units ,the little bare patch of paint in the bedroom is history,Scott's number is on the side door ,but we never solved the mystery of the piece of concrete that was mentioned ,seems like a million years ago and loads of 5 stars later!!

Great place. No manager no phone number no communication.
This place is super cool and simple. No manager no phone contact numbers. People in campground stepped up and helped to get us in. Thank God. No way to get in. Don't rent without access code like we did. Other than that it's amazing.
Ok so a problem to iron out.
I sent the entry and contact details to David on the 30th of December ,I send 3 attachments with those details on so if you don't get them let me know.
I sent these out to 4 other people at the same time and so far there's been no other issues.
It is possible there was a problem with the email,however, in the past people have asked me questions after they receive them which means they don't get read fully every time.
I'm not saying that's what happened here and the answer is for me to close this loophole by adding the details to the VRBO email that goes out as well.
It's good to hear that people on site pitched in and helped on this item when it happened.

UPDATE....SCOTT THE CLEANER MET THEM AT THE GATE BY ACCIDENT SO IT WAS NOT AN ISSUE AND THEY WERE STRAIGHT IN.
NO OTHER ISSUES SINCE SO HIS EMAIL WAS NOT RECIEVED, IN WHICH CASE I'M NOW HAVING SCOTT PUT HIS NUMBER ON THE SIDE DOOR AS BACK UP.
Loved The Experience
Peaceful, quiet, and tranquil. We loved the location of our stay being able to see the ocean. The neighbor is lovely to stroll through and everyone does a little landscaping that makes it quite cheerful. Security was charming and gave our dog treats after walking. All our neighbors were friendly. Just a walk down the street gave us access to watch the sunrise next to the ocean lying on chaises sipping our morning brew. Location was great for trips into Key West, Big Pine Key, and Marathon.
We really appreciated having a nice kitchen to cook in and it was stocked well.

This booking had all the access details sent to them at the same time as the booking that failed to get them ,so i conclude that David's email must have changed as I sent him an email a few days ago and got no answer.
I now confirm that the phone number for Scott the cleaner is on the side door just in case, because we don't want another 4 star rating due to an external problem again....5s only please lol.
I just had to get that in...feels good.

Keys stay
Check in was easy. We enjoyed the location and the area.
Ha ha ha ha ha the check in was easy,I thought it sucked And it was because I'm English,what's that all about????🤣🤣😂😂😂😁.
Thanks for another 5,I've come to the conclusion it's the people who are the problem sometimes and not the place.

So nice and accommodating .
We had to come for a family emergency. We were very surprised we were able to get lodging at the spur of the moment. Also we were very happy we were not asked to pay for a 3 day minimum. (We had to be in another part of Florida the very next day!! The mobile home was very clean and nice. Very homey! The photographs online do not do the place justice. Nice job of refreshing the overall appearance. Just one small problem... the ramp was kind of hard to get up... kind of steep. We would definitely stay there again, and refer friends.
There you go,despite me being in England,no I won't ever forget that previous comment,because I have an I phone that pings when a message comes through for Florida,I was right on this and sorted it very quickly,You message I answer,simple,even if it's a problem.
The place was re modelled and is better than the pictures,had 2 people mention that this week,however,i can't update the vrbo images due to the vrbo site being difficult.
I do have pictures if any one wants them.

I have had 3 people against the ramp in the 15 years it went in,I have been asked to keep it for suitcases.
If enough people ask I will go back to steps.

P.S.We had a problem with the a.c. fan when the last person gave us a 5,we worked as a team and it was sorted in 3 hrs.
P.P.S.I have put a window a.c. unit in which is for backup in case of problems,the mobile unit is also in action.

MM33, 15 mins to Bahia Honda, the finest beaches outside of Hawaii, the underated Big Pine Key is 8 mins north with No Name Key and it's cool Pizza Poppin Bar all the Yard Sales on Saturdays and the Blue Pool with it's amazing wild-life deer, osprey, pelicans, shopping malls & flea markets. 2 and a half hours North are the the wonderful Everglades!
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
