Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath canal front half duplex completely remodeled. Master bedroom has a king bed and private bath Guest bedroom has 2 Full beds. Flat screen TV in each bedroom and in living room, dishwasher,washer and dryer .
Full WiFi through out the house.
40FT of dockage with step down dock fish cleaning station ,bait freezer, Weber Gas grill and plenty of trailer parking.
The house includes THE CABANA CLUB membership with white sandy beach and pool. just 3 blocks from the house.
Walking distance to great Restaurants
