Perfect Beach House

Our family of ten had a fabulous stay here. Beach access was perfect, We had plenty of room in the house and all ten of us fit at the dining table. We would definitely come back here.

Even better than advertised

The house was exactly what we needed, space-wise, cleanliness, distance to beach and other activities. Host was very responsive. I had no questions while we were there but before I probably bothered her 4/5 times and she happily answered all my questions. House was stocked with kitchen items that usually aren’t in other places. It was a great place to spend our vacation!

Great House with Great Layout

Had a wonderful beach trip. Great backyard and layout of home. Owner very responsive. Loved the neighborhood and close proximity to the beach.

Very disappointed by the interior. Furniture very old. Grandma house. The bedroom downstairs very old and dirty. The couches fir pull out had stains on it. Very gross. There were wires hanging from the wall outlet with caps on the wires. Will notcrecommend this property. I felt like i needed a shower everytime i entered this oroperty.

This was our second summer vacation at this property. The number of bedrooms and having a bedroom on the first floor is perfect for our clan. Beautiful trees and a nice size yard for the kids. Owners very responsive to unexpected concerns. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Vacation

This home was a big hit for a multi-generational family vacation! The home was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped and it was nice to have little "extras" in the pantry (aluminum foil, sandwich bags, napkins, etc.). The fenced yard was perfect for the little ones and the nearby playground was a hit. The owners were responsive to all questions in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this home!

Great rental !!

The house was large, clean, well supplied. Multiple TVs throughout the house is nice for a big family. Being 1 street from the main road offered quick access to the beach and it was still very quiet. The yard is fenced in and huge. We did buy a $40 6' table to suppliment the dining room seating and it worked out great . The owner was available by cellphone and extremely nice and helpful. We will come back next year...been renting in this neighborhood for 27 years and this was the best house of all !!

Great Experience at an Exceptional Value!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house in Eastward look. The property is within walking distance to Scarborough (which made leaving the beach convenient when some folks had too much sun) and a couple blocks from a small playground with tennis and basketball courts. We enjoyed playing in the backyard and especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. The property itself was pretty well equipped, providing the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed taking over the downstairs bedroom/rec room. I have to say that our experience with the owner was extremely positive. We had something come up that required attention, and her response was quick and effective, ensuring the rest of our stay went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Disappointing

Location is excellent but house is very dated. Window sills extremely dirty. Room air conditions insufficient for the size of the rooms. The pipes "sing" after water use. For the price , very disappointing.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious and accommodated our group of 3 generations well. It was stocked with everything we needed and we loved the large backyard. It was a great neighborhood and a short walk to the beautiful beach!

Wonderful family beach house!

This beach house worked out perfectly for our family of 10! It fit our family which included aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. The large bedroom upstairs was amazing for the cousins who all roomed together and were away from all of the adults and had their own bathroom! The large back yard was great for our after beach fun which included cornhole! The walk or drive to the beach is nice and short. We also love this neighborhood because it's a short walk to the park for the basketball courts/swings and tennis courts! This house was great for our family and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Great place for family vacation

Our 3 generations loved this house - comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen and wonderful fenced in yard with outdoor furniture that worked really well for our group. Location walking distance from the beach (and a neighborhood playground) is wonderful. We had a minor issue with the tv which the hosts were super responsive about. Would definitely recommend this house to others and would come back here again.

comfortable vacation home

Good space. Kitchen pretty well equipped. Brand new LG refrigerator which owner jumped through hoops to get us quickly after the old one died while we were there! Good fenced backyard, great for little kids. Nice patio area . Not necessarily "Better Homes and Garden " Decor but fine for families with kids.

Beach vacation

Fenced in back yard was perfect for the kids to run and play. Scarborough beaches were very nice, parking fees were reasonable. The 15 min walk to the beach with little ones is a bit too far.

Great Multi-Generation House

Worked well for our group of grandparents, parents, teens, and toddlers. The house was walking distance to Scarborough Beach which was a great beach for families. Also could walk to a playground and tennis courts. Fenced in backyard made for easy relaxing evenings with kids able to run around and play games while adults relaxed.

Great stay!

Spacious home and great location!! Even though it was just our family, it would be great for multiple families looking for a place to stay together. 10 minute drive to Town Beach and 10 minute walk to Scarborough beach... can't beat that!

Thanks for a great experience- the house was well-maintained, well-stocked with beach and pantry items, and had a fantastic backyard for the kids to play in after a beach day! We definitely would recommend this house to others, especially families with young kids!

The house was nice. Really suited our needs as a family. I liked the layout a lot. Nice walking distance to beach. Vast array of household items and cooking supplies were provided. House is good for kids. Very nice neighborhood.

Great home for families with young children!

This house worked out perfectly for our family of adults, pre-teens and a 1 and 3 year old! The rooms were spacious and we loved having the ac! The plus was having the fenced in yard so that the little ones couldn’t escape! Amy, the owner, was wonderful to deal with! We were in touch many times during this Covid period and she was willing to work with us no matter what we decided to do! Would love to rent again!!
