7th Floor End Unit - Right on the Beach
NOTE: The building is undergoing renovations. Construction noises will occur between 8 and 4 on Monday through Fridays.
This condo is in the award winning Horizons Condominium on the 7th floor end unit with 1714 interior square feet. The balcony from the living/ dining area wraps around the east and south side of the unit. The only thing between the balcony and the beach is the swimming pool. The pool is open year round but it is not heated. The master suite accesses this balcony and a private balcony to the west. The view to the south is toward the Boardwalk and Kennedy Space Center.
The building is secure with 24 hrs. camera surveillance.
One reserved parking space in the secured underground parking garage has direct access to the building elevators for the tenant. Additional parking is in the open parking lot. The building is located on the exclusive Ormond Beach end of Daytona.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If furniture was rearranged, move it back to its original setting.
Set the thermostat to 78 degrees/ summertime and 68 degrees/ wintertime.
Leave all 3 sets of keys on the hooks next to the door, lock door handle and pull closed. You do not need the garage door opener to exit the parking garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
When we were looking for a vacation home, we looked on the west coast around St. Petersburg and the east coast from Melbourne to Daytona. We choose Daytona because of the activities and because of the famous beach.
What makes this property unique
This condo is large and spacious with views from every room. We can have a large group here and still have privacy.
