Nice 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, townhouse on 112th street in beautiful
North Ocean City.
Easy walk to beach. Pool is open.
Free high speed internet May - October.

Please check availability calendar before contacting us. During June - August we only rent by the week. We do not rent to students. Sorry no smokers or pets. AC was fixed the next day.

Townhouse has one queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed as well as a 2 person bunk bed in the second bedroom.

* Towels, washcloths, sheets, pillowcases are NOT provided.
* Full kitchen and cooking utensils, plates, glasses, dish towels, etc. ARE provided.

Check in was very easy and convenient, also nice that it’s at noon because most places in the past are at 3 to 4pm and you lose a beach day. Place was very nice and clean, the pool area was fantastic, and the owner Ed was very easy to get in touch with, hope to use this property again in the future.

Memorial Day weekend stay was wonderful

My family and I stayed over a long weekend and it was wonderful. The property was very clean, and exactly as described. It was a very quick walk to the beach and lots of other shopping nearby. We had a wonderful stay and were sad to leave!

Wonderful Stay!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property. It was super clean and well stocked with every appliance, glassware, home items, etc. that you would need. The location was perfect...short walk to the beach and short walk to any restaurant/store/attraction you could think of. Ed was a very thorough host, making sure we had all the information located on a binder that we would need during the stay. We definitely look forward to next summer and booking this property again!

Lovely and comfortable condo

This property is a gem. It's clean, cozy and makes you feel right at home. It's close to a nice shopping center with plenty of eating options. The owners are very nice people and very responsive if you have any concerns. I have been staying here for several years now and wouldn't stay any where else!

Excellent stay

Second time we stayed at Ed’s. Location is great, short walk to the beach and pool. Short drive to the board walk and fenwick. House is spacious for our family of 4. There was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew during our check in, however Ed quickly resolved the situation and made sure we were taken care of which was appreciated and shows how responsive he is to his renters. Would stay again!

Great value in ideal location

We stayed two nights for a soccer tournament. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Location was ideal. The house was very clean and beds were comfy. The only downside would be that the place was a bit outdated but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for an affordable, no frills, clean place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was equipped with everything we needed and was very nicely decorated. It was a short walk to beach, restaurants, drugstore and the Ocean City bus line stop. Ed was responsive and helpful to questions we had. Ocean City had so much to do that the whole family enjoyed .. not just the beach which was reason enough to come. Thank you for a wonderful week!
