This place was amazingly and in a super convenient location. Clean and exactly as advertised. Walking distance to Broadway and what felt like a very safe neighborhood. Only thing I can suggest is the pull out couch needs to be replaced. Not an ideal sleeping arrangement because it was on the verge of breaking.

We loved staying here. It was very clean and roomy. We didn't have a car, it was very close to downtown, an easy walk. We enjoyed the nice quiet area after so many people being downtown! Would definitely stay here again!

Property pictures online are accurate. Very spacious living area. Clean and well appointed kitchen.Check in was easy with e-mailed instructions for entry. Perfect location

Perfect for two couples. Location was great....not in all the hustle and bustle (Broadway)but only few minutes ride on electric scooter(they are everywhere and so convenient) and 10 minute walk. Also had a couple bars within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay and would book again if ever back in Nashville!
