Charming home with bay views. A variety of boats passing, watch the tide going in and out, and birds flying by.

The home has many updates, which include new flooring, remodeled restrooms, and updated furniture. The price reflects the charming home. Great deal!

Great for water lovers with a 180° view of the bay. Watch ships pass by on our waterfront home. Close to Mill Casino, Sunset Beach, Shore Acres State Park & Botanical Garden, Coos Bay Boardwalk, Charleston Docks is great for crabbing. Near the Airport with easy access to HWY 101. All utilities are included in the price. The home is not disabled-accessible.

We have one security camera at the front outside entrance. It will be on during your stay.

Very comfortable home in good location with a gorgeous view. Close enough to shopping and restaurants but out far enough for more of a rural feel. Host is responsive and provides good information. Definitely would stay here again.

While this house is well situated to take advantage of nearby parks and beaches, the beds, sofa, etc. were worn out and the whole house is slanting down toward the water. There is a definite foul odor in the air surrounding the house. Not sure of the origin. Doubtful we'll be back again.

Affordable, great location, clean

We were very happy to find an affordable place in the Charleston area for our family vacation! It is an older house. Doesn’t look like much from the outside. But it was very clean inside. Great views of the bay. Two of the bedrooms have at least one plastic accordion style pull out door instead of solid doors. We have small children so it was a bit trickier to not wake them up while they napped. Overall, we were thankful to find this place and enjoyed our time!

Everything was wonderful. If we had any issues it was handled asap.

We will look at staying here again. It was in the perfect spot and we loved watching all the birds in the bay and the huge ships.

It was a good fit for me. I needed housing for work and it was a good value. The owner was easy to contact and she fixed most problems quickly. The house needs fixing and updating, but I would stay again.

Great price

Older home out of town. Nice place to stay for our beach trip. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Bathrooms stocked with towels and to. Great place to stay for the price. 10 minute drive to the ocean.

Coos Bay

This property was in a great area with a beautiful view of the bay. The house was immaculate and very cozy. Perfect getaway for the family, we will definitely be back.

Not terrible, but not great either

We stayed in this house for a week when we took our daughter to college. It's cozy, and pretty clean, but in desperate need of some updating. The downward slope from the front door to the back of the house is disconcerting and slightly concerning. The living room furniture is broken down and the mattresses are not very comfortable. The decor is very dated. The washer and dryer are located in the accessible part of the garage, and to use them you must first sweep them off as there are apparently mice in this area. The view is beautiful, though the bay does have a smell at times. The house is also in a great location. I feel that if the slope of the floor were addressed and the decor and furnishings updated, this home has the potential to be 5 star.

Home needs a thorough cleaning. The slant of the floors is disconcerting. Furniture broken down.

This home needs some work to make it comfortable. Home is dirty. Throw rugs all over the very old carpeting are a trip hazard. 1 hand towel for the whole house . Dishwasher didn't clean dishes. Furniture broken down and dirty throw pillows. One recliner propped against the wall to stay upright. Bathrooms and Kitchen need a massive scrubbing. And the house slants so much it makes one dizzy. 1 outdoor chair for the deck when this home is supposed to accommodate 6 guests. We wouldn't reccomend it

The house is greatly strocked. What a beautiful view! if you feel nostalgic about things this is definitely the house for you! Very neat and clean! Just an older home with a lot of nostalgic feelings.

Was ok

Not sure I would choose it again. The view was spectacular and location was good. The house however is very, very dated and needs much improvement! It accommodated us as far as size and functionality aside from a broken recliner that really could not be used and lack of smoke detectors. The deck photo is not exactly what it is. There is a different railing and only one chair and a broken table on the deck. I would choose this home only in a pinch in the future.
