This house was amazing! The beds were super comfortable. And with fans on (provided by the thoughtful host) snd windows open, we didn’t even need to use the air conditioner. The house was peaceful and had everything we could possibly need for a lovely stay.

Quiet location with comfortable beds. Needed a few more gears to get up the hill from the river bike trail on the cruiser bikes. Overall a nice place to stay in Sunriver.

From start to finish it was an Aplus stay. Place was immaculate, better than the beautiful pictures. Loved the sunsets, the pool and the gorgeous views. Jeff was always prompt with answers to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

We have a lovely time staying at this house. It really only sleeps 8 as the sleeper couch in the loft has springs that were broken. Other than that, we all had a great time...lots of amenities, and was clean on our arrival (especially the bathrooms!).

Comfortable and plenty of space to spread out

Sleeps several people, kids loved the hot tub, games in the garage were a nice bonus. Great layout. Glad we were able to bring our pets. Quiet area. Had some issues with the electronic locks, but the management and maintenance company were helpful.

House was nice and had most of what we needed. Had to purchase salt and pepper ( left for next guests) and TP the last night. House has AC but master bedroom had very little air coming through vent. The loft sleeps 2 adults or 3 kids. We used an air mattress for 10th person as all were adult sized. Teens loved the hot tub! Deck is quite small. Upper deck was good sized but was filled with pine needles. Over all enjoyed our stay but next time will look for a little larger home that comes with pool passes.

This house was clean and had plenty of sleeping space and bedding provided. Check in information clearly provided before arrival. Very close to Fort Rock Park. Wish there was better lighting in the garage so the ping pong and games could be played in the evening but that is a minor detail.

The home was very clean upon arrival and check in was easy. Before arriving I had a lot of questions and the managers were very prompt to respond to my needs and they were great . My biggest complaint was that I thought the home was way too small for two families. The living area is very cramped and the kitchen was tiny. It would be fine for one small family but entirely too small for two families. The bed in the master bedroom was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. There was construction going on across the street that was quite the eye sore and the people working on the home had a dog that barked a lot. I would definitely rent another home from Bennington Properties because the home was clean and the managers were quick to address concerns but I would NEVER rent this home again

We fit 2 adult couples, a single adult, 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers very comfortably. Plenty of room for all. There is plenty of cookware, blankets, pillows and towels, and the hot tub was small but fun. The host was most accommodating and easy to communicate with.

The layout of the house was great! We were a little disappointed in the condition however. The garbage had clearly not been picked up for a number of weeks (all cans overflowing) The critters had it strewn outside, next to the garage. The back deck was a mess, and had to be cleaned up for safe & clean passage to the hot tub. The exterior of the house looks pretty rundown with peeling paint. While we understand the weather has been an issue, we've never had problems before. Also, most of the springs on the foot end of the twin size hide-a-bed, in the loft, were missing and/or torn out at our arrival. Loft carpet appeared to be very dirty also.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had all you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking item you could need. There was a new hot tub and the kids enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables. Nice decks outside on the lower level and the upper level on the master bedroom. Great setup for families with children, there was an upstairs area with couches that were hide a beds and the teens could hang out and had a tv in that location as well as several other rooms.
