Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and every room! Could listen to the surf at night. Unit very neat and clean and well stocked with beach chairs and towels. We didn't realize there was no air conditioning⁴ and it was very warm while we were there. Too bad we couldn't sleep on the beach!

Condo was clean and nicely appointed. The BIG negative was that there was only one portable fan and no extension cords. Had to unplug the TV to plug in and use the fan.Not a good match for extreme heat warning weather! Not enough electrical outlets.Would have appreciated some kind of detail about how to use coffee maker. The view and balcony were wonderful, and we enjoyed that immensely.

The view from the unit is exactly as shown in the listing, and yes you can hear the waves crashing - ideal ocean view from both the living room and balcony. The host was very responsive and good to work with.

We loved this condo. It was above and beyond our expectations. The location was excellent. Ocean view, listening to the waves, super close to the pool and bbq’s. Very comfortable bed and nicely decorated. We will definitely be back here.

Anthony was a great host. He very accommodating and quick to respond to any inquiries. The condo has amazing views from both the main living space and bedroom. It is very comfortable and has everything you need for a stay at the beach. We would recommend it to anyone and look forward to staying here again.

Ocean view was amazing you could see and hear the ocean from the living room and bedroom. Condo was clean however the dishwasher was extremely loud and not efficient. I would also note that it is very minimalistic condo unit not much beach equipment just chairs and a cooler. kitchen. Equipment was minimal to say the least there wasn’t even a frying pan . Sofa bed was uncomfortable, but main bedroom bed was excellent other than the condo being a little outdated it was worth a stay, especially for the view. we did have one complaint which was minor. The bathroom light was very dim and we needed to shower with the bathroom door open in order to have enough light to see.

An exceptional location and excellent property! Check in was incredibly easy and the access to the beach was a huge plus. Additionally, we had an issue with parking spaces and the security was incredibly efficient and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

It was so hot and there was not a ceiling fan in the bedroom. After contacting the host, he said he believed there was a couple of fans in the closet. There was only one tower fan. The screen on the bedroom window is ripped almost all the way open on one side and the patio door does not slide open and shut very easy. We tried to stay there since we paid good money and the view was beautiful. It was just too hot. We did not get any sleep at all the first night and the next morning we rented a hotel room with air conditioning. We turned our keys in on Saturday evening because we went ahead and used the parking spot to go to the beach, etc. We were very disappointed and the description of the condo did not advertise no air conditioning until after I brought it to owners attention, then it was added. I have my original ad. If the weather had been cooler, it would have been a lovely place to stay, just not in warm or hot weather. Not sure why owner could not put a portable AC in the unit or at least ceiling fans throughout. A box fan in the bedroom window and the patio door would have helped a lot also. We even tried to buy some our first night there but Wal-Mart was sold out. Very disappointing.

Outstanding location and views

We enjoyed our stay so much. Our veranda had a complete view of the entire beach and pier. Super great location within walking distance of all The things. This was by far my favorite place to stay in Oceanside!

Perfect getaway home.

Beautiful ocean views, can see Oceanside pier watched cruisers cruising the strand, enjoyed people watching from our balcony. Great property we grilled and went swimming Second stay here and will stay again.
