Townhouse located in the garden like Deep Canyon Tennis Club #DCTC in Palm Desert's quiet south hills, a short drive up highway 74 toward the exclusive Bighorn Golf Club, in a secure community with gate guard. El Paseo Drive (Rodeo Drive of the Desert) is minutes away featuring elegant shopping and dining experience. Deep Canyon Tennis Club features 13 Swimming pools, several pickleball courts,10 meticulously maintained tennis courts, including several lighted for enjoyable evening games, and a center court. The community also offers social gatherings, games and weekly potluck dinners. The Community requires a monthly facilities fee of $200 per month (first month's fee is now to be collected by Landlord and pass paid to the HOA). Comfortable place, great host!

Place was as advertised, was comfortable, great location, had pretty much everything we needed for our stay and if we were missing something, our host was very quick to respond. Randy was also proactive with ensuring that we had enough supplies and was very congenial and helpful.

AMAZING VIEWS

THE CONDO WAS PERFECT, GREAT LOCATION, VIEWS EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. RANDY HAD IT EQUIPPED WITH ALL THAT YOU NEED. I ONLY HAVE 1 COMPLAINT AND THAT IS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE TV IN UPSTAIRS BEDROOM. OTHER THAN THAT IS WAS PERFECT. IT'S IN A BEAUTIFUL GATED COMMUNITY WTIH 24 HR SECURTY GAURD AT GATE (ALL GAURDS WERE VERY FRIENDLY) NEIGHBORS WERE GREAT, GROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL.

Quiet & excellent location.

Unit is extremely quiet. Excellent location with easy access to everything the Coachella Valley has to offer. Owner was very welcoming and always available to answer questions.

Great time in Palmm Desert

We stayed at Randy's during Feb. 2020. Randy responded to all of our questions immediately. The condo is very roomy and has everything needed for a fun stay. We enjoyed watching the finches build a nest in the cactus on the lovely patio. There are great views of the mountains from every window in the unit! The grounds are beautiful and immaculately manicured daily. The clubhouse is all new and the owners and renters are very welcoming and friendly! We loved it!

The owner,s are very easy to deal with,they have everything you need Wi Fi,big screen TV,beautiful view of the mountains from the patio. Pool and hot tub just out your front door.I have stayed here the last 5 years.

My wife purchased this property, and lived in this unit before we meet. The property attracted her attention because of the location and the tennis. When we were married we moved to a house in Palm Desert, and resided the townhouse was too attractive to sell.

Quite area of Palm Desert with less wind (almost none) than other areas in the valley.
