Screens were missing in pool area and ibis flew into area, we didn’t care cause we like birds….but….pool cover shot You pay extra for the pool to be heated… ..back patio door needs fixed, out dated, but we had a great time there and it worked for us

had a problem with the patio door which was eventually solved could do with a couple of light bulbs replacing but otherwise the villa was lovely sun on the swimming pool all day ive been to florida 14 times and i can honestly say its been one of the best villa's ive stayed in thank you dave and alison

Although we have been hir...

Although we have been hiring out our condominium for a bit over a year (largely by VRBO), this was our first experience as a VRBO guest. My wife and I wanted a few inexpensive days of warm weather and relaxation after the excitement of our daughter's wedding in New York City, and this property was perfect. If you have been to "Orlando" before, you know that the main drag for those on holiday is Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee. This property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood about six and a half KM (four miles) (an easy five to six minute drive) from IBMH. The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood in which, at first glance, every house looks alike--although there are subtle/minor differences in appearance. I would estimate that there was about four meters between houses. The rear of this house overlooked a large area, most of which was an artificial pond/lake surrounded by the rear of about fifteen similar houses. This meant that the pool/patio was quiet, and provided a most agreeable vista. Some of the furniture shows a trifle of wear, otherwise the property is difficult to tell from brand new,and everything worked as it should. The pool was a delight. The management company was generally first rate. When we arrived, the property was incredibly clean--there was not a speck of dust to be found. There were only two quibbles. The management company's policy is to supply only the barest minimum of supplies--far more of annoyance than an expense. Also, towels were not abundant. The rate was fantastic. For just a bit more than a dreary motel room , we enjoyed the comfort of a bright, sunny four bedroom home with a private pool. Thank you for making this available to us.

Relaxing getaway

We stayed in the rental for one month. The home was spacious and relaxing. The home location on the water provides a nice view. We enjoyed watching all the different water birds. Very close to Disney World.Easy check in. Owner communication was thorough.We will definitely stay again.

Great stay in February

Had an excellent stay here during the first 2 weeks of February 2025. House was as described in the listing. The property is easy to find, 2 mins drive off of Poinciana bv. The house interior decoration is maybe a touch dated, but was immaculately clean on our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped; lots of pots, pans and trays for the oven along with cups, glasses, plates and bowls. The pool was heated, the pool area has great views over a pond and gets full sunlight all day. We had a great holiday and hope to visit again some time!

The property was in a good location, quite, relaxing and lovely views over the lake at the back. Very spacious, clean, nice pool which we paid to have heated (used every day). We would highly recommend this property!!!!

Great stay!!

I really liked the house how big it is, there is a really big master bedroom and 2 kitchen tables!! The living room is really open making it perfect to spend time with the family!! The pool is amazing with a view on a cute lake. We really loved the fact that the neighborhood is quiet, not a sound during the night. We encountered traffic everyday to go to Universal and Disney, but nothing too bad. Communication with the owner was perfect, I really appreciated his quick answers. The kitchen is super well equipped. There are a lot of towels and pillows. The AC is good wich was a must for August!! Wifi was good. Overall, we liked the house a lot, and will go back in the future!! The only thing that we didn't like are the beds because they are too soft for our old backs:)

Good location

Firstly, everything we needed was there and worked fine. Yes the property is getting a little old, but that goes for many Florida Villas. Plenty wildlife to see around the lake, we even had a deer appear out of the woods one day. We didn't encounter any problems during our stay.

Nice home but needed some repairs

The house was great a great location and the kids loved the pool. The beds were not great though. The mattresses were not comfortable and my wife and i would wake up sore. Also the fans could not all be turned on due to the blades being out of balance. If you plan on cooking at the house there are few dishes to cook with and only 2 detergents for the dish washer that has to be used.
