Mesa Vista Lodge is one of the most exquisite places for entertaining Family & Friends (up to 20-guests with Maximum of 16-Adults only). 8 spacious bedrooms with 1-Queen bed, 4 baths with over 4200 sq. ft. of Luxury Living! SEE BELOW:

PLEASE NOTE! BASE RATES START WITH 12-GUESTS. EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST OVER THE 12TH GUEST IS ADDED AT $25/PER PERSON/PER # OF BOOKED RESERVATION NIGHTS. All Reservations require 2-nights minimum except Holidays which require 3-nights minimum. Rental Agreement is required to be completed & submitted within 3-days after booking. A Damage security deposit of $1000 is required prior to check-in or purchased insurance offered during booking. Minimum age to rent is 30 yrs old. Person booking must be present and on-site for the entire Reservation stay.

NOTE: NO BACHELOR, BACHELORETTE or large Party GROUPS PERMITTED TO RENT! No Events permitted that are larger than the maximum 16 Max. Adults plus children (totally maximum of 20-guests) staying overnight. There are several places within Hocking Hills that are equipped to handle larger gatherings.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Follow checkout cleanup rules posted at the Lodge & in your Rental Agreement
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A hard copy completed Rental Agreement is required with names of guests coming. 6% Lodging Tax, Cleaning fee $250, Linen fee $100 are charged
No refunds given by owners. Adviseable to purchase available insurance at time of Reservation.

Beautiful spacious lodge in a tranquil private setting. We have vacationed with our family for many years this was by far the best equipped kitchen and the most thoughtful hosts. We were provided with many items that in other homes we would have had to go and buy or rent for our stay. Wonderful family area with plenty of room for all to sit and eat together, an important point for me. Also an equally awesome area away from the main floor for games and casual activities with several provided. Many doors to outside provided quiet escape for those early risers to take coffee and sit on the quiet expansive decks. A truly lovely home.
