Ultramodern comfortable condo with panoramic views of the ocean, the
beach and the city, three balconies in a brand new building
completely furnished spacious social area,
queen size beds in master and in second bedroom, pull-out king-size
sofa bed in the den, flat screen TVs, granite countertops,
kitchen fully equipped, professionally decorated with ultra modern
high-end furniture, washer and dryer, incredible place for a vacation
on this fabulous beach.

No smoking and no pets.
For reservation longer than 29 night the building requires to do background check and they charge $100 for it.

Perfect stay in Sunny Isles

Our stay in Sunny Isles was perfect. We loved the amenities in the building, the apartment was comfortably furnished and well equipped with everything we could need, and the owner of the apartment was terrific.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. The view is incredible and everything was as shown in pictures. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Will def stay here again :)

Great location. Clean friendly staff

The pool area and beach very convenient. The the unit was clean. Third bedroom more like a den with futon (Not comfortable for adult staying 20+ Days). The parking situation was a bit hairy at times. Overall would come back.

An extraordinary nice vacation stay

It was a very nice stay. The condo was arranged with all necesary supplies and facilities to offer a wonderfull vacation period and enjoy the beach and services of the administration. Boris, the owner fullfilled all the agreements established in our contract and we are ready and wishfull in a next future trip to hire his beautifull unit once more.

Exceptional experience

We spend a bit over a week in May 2015. Pictures do not show the beauty of this condo, the view and the luxury. We enjoyed all the amenities of the building. Would love to stay there again soon. Dealing was the owner was quick, easy and very professional.

Super La Perla Holiday

The description of the condo was 100% accurate. What a breathtaking view all of the three balconies: one side the beach and the mighty ocean, the other side the Miami skyline, so beautiful, especially by night. And the property itself, very clean and well kept, beautiful art pieces and comfortable furniture. In one word, a place to feel at home. Shopping is very convenient, across the street. This is really the place to have a super holiday. I can sure recommend this property to anyone. Thank you, Boris, from Magda & family

Great vacation!!!

We have stayed several times at La Perla and we can't wait for our next vacation. All the views are breathtaking and the location is perfect. You have everthing you need so close (a lot of restaurants, groceries, aventura mall,...). Also the Pool and the beach are fabulous and they have a great service. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. Boris, the owner of it, was helpful in every question we had and always answered very quickly. Thanks a lot to him. We would definitly recommend it to everyone!!! We'll be back !!!!

A cross between a resort and condominium.

The location is desirable due to it being on the beach and across the street from restaurants, shopping, car rental, and many other conveniences. The new pier adds a dining option. It's a short trip to Aventura and South Beach. The apartment is comfortable and can accommodate guests with their own private bedroom and bathroom. The new gym is well equipped. The entire staff are always very pleasant. The owner is very responsive to any needs that arise. We are returning next year.
