What makes this Studio unique
Check out the Neighborhood... We chose this condo for it's location! Panama City Beach is known for it's laid back beach lifestyle. If you have the good fortune to plan a trip around one of Pier Park's exceptional events, make sure not to miss it! The New Years Eve Beach Ball Drop is a sight to behold. The beaches are sugar white sand with emerald green water; they don't call it the "Emerald Coast" for nothing! If you have time, schedule a day for a leisurely drive down Scenic 30A. This beautiful area is the home to the villages of Seaside and Grayton Beach. Getting around Panama City Beach is fairly straightfoward. There is a basic trolley service and several small vehicle rentals. If you're interested in really exploring the area, I'd recommend a car.

Short weekend trip
Place was clean and close to beach. No issues crossing road. The only negatives were elevators are slow and full during busy times. Later in evening after 8pm women were dancing inappropriately at pool. My kids were already in for the night but some kids were in pool at that time. Check in was slow due to worker being confused. It stated that this may happen. I had to give her Beth's name and then she had to get manager. Other than that it was great.
Beautiful view!
Perfect location. Great beach access! Beautifully decorated condo with all the essentials. Bring towels, garbage bags, paper goods and a set of sheets if using the pullout. We loved this place!

It was fresh and clean as we walked in, and it was the perfect size for my husband and I. Perfect view of the pool and beach from the balcony.

Very spacious room, clean, close to the pier and restaurants
