Bright and spacious, smoke free, first floor two bedroom condo located on Carlin Park. View lake surrounded by palm trees and flowered landscaping from the comfort of the living room. Walk directly through park to one of the best beaches in South Florida or just walk 150 + feet for round robin tennis matches every morning at 8 am . New Pickleball courts too! Shopping centers, public golf course, theaters, churches and multiple restaurants all within easy walking distance or a quick scooter ride.
Many features for those with limited mobility. Access to portable ramp and grab bars in bathroom. Please reach out if you have mobility limitations and we can see if our condo can accommodate. Kitchen and twin bedroom bathroom updates completed in 2022. Primary bathroom updated in 2024.
Book a trip and enjoy our family vacation home. We manage the property personally to help keep rental price affordable. Cleaning fee is paid in full to local cleaner. Consistent 5 star ratings and repeat visitors.

Our family has been coming to Jupiter for 20 years. It started with short trips for Cardinal Spring training and now enjoying extended stays. We are happy to open up our family condo to others because we want to share this amazing location. Take a break from your daily life and enjoy a sunrise walk to the beach. Plenty of fun for all ages!
