Home is fully furnished newer home built in 2006, granite countertops and all your higher end amenities. Home has HD Tv with Direct TV/DVD Player, WI-FI in house ,Water Filtration system and Ceiling fans throughout house(Air conditioning also). Propane BBQ in the rear yard for your use as well.
Master Bedroom-1 King Bed, 2nd Room-Queen Bed, 3rd Room-3 Twins/Single, Convertible Bed/Couch in T.V Room
Rear yard is fully walled for privacy except side wall for mountain view.
Garage is NOT available.

Please note:
A rental contract and copy of your driver’s license will be due when you book.
There is a $400 authorization only damage deposit due for a week’s stay. This amount may increase if your stay is longer. Your card will not be charged unless there is damage to the room after your stay. Please note that since this is an authorization, there will be a 24-72 hold on your funds, depending on your credit card company. This authorization will not take place until the balance due is received.

Great Vacation House

This was our second stay at this property. The house is always very clean and the pool and spa are great. Our communication with the owner has always been exceptional. When ever we had a question or issue, it was addressed immediately. I highly recommend this house for a great get away.
