Very private comfortable pool/spa home. Boat parking on side of home. King in spacious master, Queen in 2 guest bedrooms. New couches, but it NOT a fold out couch. Natural Gas BBQ boasts the very private pool/spa/patio setting in rear yard. Garage not available. Living Room includes 2 couches, recliner. Wireless internet, flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms and Living Room. Open living feel with split bedroom floor plan. Garden tub and shower in master bath. Private french doors from master bedroom to pool/spa. Indoor laundry. NO PETS NO Garage Access for nightly/weekly reservations. Release of Liability Agreement e-signed prior reservation.

Spa is natural gas and very affordable to heat. Guests will reimburse usage if over the allowed $25.00 Normal use of heating of spa a couple hours at night should not go over the included limit
