The house was clean and had nice beds. The house was easy to navigate for my 92 year old grandmother with her walker. We had 3 families stay and all were comfortable. It was nice to be close to the highway, but down a dead end so traffic was minimal.

Spacious and Wonderful Host

This place has plenty of beds and bedrooms for the whole family! The host was very easy to work with and super friendly. Although just one bath, we staggered our showers and had no trouble sharing. Very close to Six Flags. Nice patio if the weather is nice. Although it could use a deep clean and some updates/fixes, I would stay again for sure. Thanks!!

I do appreciate you letting me know that my new cleaning lady didn’t do her job completely! I just wish you would’ve contacted me during your stay so I could get you what you needed:-) I have been to many Airbnb’s that leave one toilet paper roll and one roll of paper towels! I normally have my cleaning crew put a new paper towel roll in the kitchen and the left over one under the sink and for ste A which is a 5b/1b there should’ve been 3 rolls of toilet paper, I’m truly sorry she didn’t do her job correctly, but next time please contact your host to make it right so your stay can be more pleasant:-). Thnx for staying:-)

The property was amazing and was very spacious the only issues was the cooling we were not able to get the air conditioner to cool off the hole house the back rooms were the hottest and we had to purchase a couple more fans in order to keep the house cool. Other than that it was lovely.

New Years Eve stay--place needs a little TLC

The Villa is in a very convenient location. The unit fit our needs as far as size goes but the place needs a little touching up. A good cleaning is needed-carpets cleaned, walls scrubbed, walls patched. We arrived to 1/3 roll of toilet paper with no replacements, no paper towels or napkins, no cookie sheets and only 8 forks for a 5 bedroom place. There was also no trash can in the bathroom which seemed a bit odd. These are fairly minor things and very fixable in my opinion. There also needs to be a more secure lock between units. We were able to go into the next unit with the turn of a knob. So, the place was ok for one night but we did have to make a trip to the store to buy toiletries, paper products and cookie sheets for our family get together which was a bit frustrating.

Thanks for your review and I do agree with you on the carpet and walls! I am tearing out ALL carpet in all my vacation rentals, this month and next month:-) Plus all the walls will be painted with a new updated color. I would like to apologize about the toilet paper and other paper products, I was out of town and had a friend clean, apparently he didn't check those things:-( It's good to know about the cookie sheets, had you contacted me I would have been happy to allow you in another villa to retrieve one, however you shouldn't have to do that. I actually counted 11 forks, but things in these villas are constantly being moved from one unit to the next. Thank you very much for the review:-) I welcome you and your family back when I have my villa updated:-)

Polar Express Stay

We had 7 adults and 9 kids. This place was perfect. We went to the polar Express in St Louis and we loved it bc it was not directly on the city. The owner is super nice and quick to respond to messages. Definitely recommend this place.

Great location for family gathering

Easy access to St Louis, Six Flags, Union or other area attractions. Property manager is great to work with and responds to matters in a timely fashion. Listing is accurate. The only downside is having a shared clothes washer and dryer with other neighbors and one bathroom. Nonetheless, great place and we will stay here again.

Not what we expected

This property was not what we expected when we pulled up. It is an old office building that has been converted into rental properties instead of a single family home. The front door is an office door and this is one of 4 units all connected. You can hear a lot from the other guests staying in the unit next door. You are only separated by a thin door. The unit needs some TLC and did not feel completely clean. We were also missing some sheets. Donna however is very easy to reach and willing to help out with any need that arises. She is flexible with check out time and accommodated us well. A few simple upgrades could make this a great place to stay. There was plenty of room.

I wouldn't let animals sleep here let alone my family.

First of all this picture must have been taken a loooong time ago. I had walked into the 4 unit building, and heard dogs barking at 10 PM, the unit was dirty, there was a broken bed, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, in the hallway there was blood on the wall, and on the fridge there was stains as well as on the couch. My daughter has a horrible allergy to pets and the unit smelled like a horrible dog stench and bleach. I had guests come all the way from Germany to get this mess? Unbelievable! We called Donna and she showed up right away stating that she would fully refund me because the unit was dirty. Then she said that she called VRBO and said that she would only give me $1,000 dollars back, then she said she wasn't going to give me anything until I gave her hotel receipts. She also called me rude just because I confronted her about the unit being a mess. She pretty much ruined our vacation with this place and her problems. She tried placing us farther and farther than where we needed to stay. She eventually gave us a nice house that was really far away, but there was a few issues with that. I am medically not okay and due to the amount of stress Donna was putting me under, my sugar levels skyrocketed, and I had so many other issues. It cost me a lot more than I was budgeting for. All in all, it was a bad vacation for me and my family, the only one we've had in 2 years together. *KEEP IN MIND THIS SPOT IS NOT A HOUSE... IT'S A 4 UNIT BUILDING SO BE PREPARED FOR OTHER PEOPLE AND THEIR ANIMALS BARKING ALL NIGHT LONG*

It is in a very safe neighborhood and semi-private due to this is a building that has only 4 Villas and sits on 1.3 acres. You will love the location of this property for ease of getting anywhere in St. Louis quickly, as it sits just 1 block off intrastate 44.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits to this property are, each villa has its own private deck or patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill.
Each entry is on either end of the building to lend more privacy, however if you are renting more than one villa, there is a inner staircase and doors that can lead you to your neighbor without having to go outside! I am very confident that you will enjoy the accommodations here as they are very comfortable:-)
