Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker and dining table and chairs. Bath has large shower, toilet is handicapped accessible. All linens, dishes, pots and pans provided. Private key access. Back yard has patio for your use suitable for small gathering or reception. Large children's play area with play house. Located minutes from two local medical centers. Close to Cape Trails Recreation Trail and Municipal Golf Course. Bicycles and golf clubs available for your use.

    We were in town for a wedding. All we needed was a clean place with a comfortable bed and a hot shower and this place was perfect. We chose it because they allowed us to take our dog Duke. Duke liked it too.

    What a great space! Pet friendly!! Murphy bed was comfy and plenty spots to sit! Joyce had a little cake and plenty of small snacks to enjoy as well! Can’t wait to come back again!

    Hardens vacation home

    I always enjoy my stay here and so does my husband and our son. We’ve stayed here often, like seven or eight times. The property manager Joyce and Jerry are the greatest. They are so kind and they are always available for any questions you may have or any needs you may have. If you like a cozy, comfy stay this is it.

    Quick, central location, friendly touches

    We needed something in a fun location while visiting family nearby- this was central to many parks, nature center, trampoline park, lots of good restaurants and slept us all comfortably. Full kitchen was handy. Nice touches (bathroom necessities, reading glasses, customized place settings to the age of my kids, and home made banana bread and treats- and plenty of coffee ! We enjoyed the designated parking spot to help us find our way on arrival and the backyard was nice for the kids to explore. The pull down bed was a big hit with my 10 year old.

    Very Friendly & Safe

    We are from out of town & my husband was having surgery so it was just me. It is a nice safe neighborhood. The hosts are very friendly, they even sent me a text to see how my husband was doing. She had a little breakfast waiting in the fridge for me & it was delicious. She was very careful about my food allergy when she made it as well. I would definitely recommend staying here & if we have to stay in Cape again it will be here.
