Green Valley Ranch and the District, All new Town Center with many shops and great restaurants and bars are all only a few minutes away. The beautiful M resort only a few miles away. GREAT LOCATION.

This is a very affordable and comfortable home. It is so nice to be close to the strip, yet have the luxuries of staying in a home and not a hotel room. Southpoint casino is just a few blocks away. I take pride in my home and my guest always enjoy their stay.
