The house has truly breathtaking views of Vallarta. Our location has the convenience of being close to downtown but also the views from Amapas hills (best in the entire bay). Beach clubs 5 minute drive from condo. A 20 minute drive and water taxi will get you to amazing secluded beaches and beach clubs in the south of the Banderas Bay like Casitas Maraika. A longer drive will get you to Huanacaxtle, Punta Mita, Litibú, San Pancho and many other fantastic spots in the Riviera Nayarit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect and the view was fantastic. We loved the deck area but unfortunately the weather was clouds and rain for 5 days so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd have liked. The condo itself was very nice, couple minor issues with appliances which we got worked out, an instruction doc for everything would be a great addition, and the smell in the master bath was not pleasant. The local property manager, Ulises was very responsive, courteous and professional. Overall, a great property and a lovely time!

Great stay, amazing views and deck

We stayed 5 weeks. Got to know PV and the condo complex pretty well. The positives are obviously the views, nice neighborhood, very quiet (except for a couple of nights where a party broke out, New Years for example). I actually liked the outdoor exercise area, shaded even though just a couple machines. Loved the common pool, layout of the unit, the space, wifi works on the deck. The negatives are the aroma in the main bathroom was annoying, a couple times a day. Internet went down once mid day for about 3 hours. But Fernanda and Inaki are both really great people, and very responsive to issues. There are a couple of minor kinks in the kitchen. Don't leave any plates or anything on the stove top, or it beeps nonstop! The 2x a week maid service also was a bonus. Just make sure to tell her when you need water. Once we had to pick up a few bottles at the Kiosko nearby. It is about a 10-15 minute down hill to the town and beach. I liked walking back up for exercise. Just as easy to take a cab for just a few pesos. I'd like to come back again one day, the views, sitting outside on the huge deck was wonderful.

Why they chose this property

I designed the building some years ago. The location is perfect, jus off-downtown grants all the fun together with a more peaceful environment and the BEST VIEWS the entire bay. Every unit was conceived in a way to make each one special.

What makes this property unique

Did I mention the BEST VIEW in the entire bay? This means the most amazing sunsets I have seen. Also, we have an open sky terrace with private pool to make most of the unchallenged views.
