Sayan Beach, a luxurious smoke-free building on the ocean’s edge in the heart of the Romantic Zone, just steps away (or a short cab ride) from one of the most beautiful and popular beaches, a number of restaurants, lounges and bars in old town, Puerto Vallarta.

This corner unit can accommodate 6 adult guests and offers many luxury features including amazing views of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. The unit is professionally decorated and includes cozy king size beds in each of the 3 bedrooms, comfortable living room/dining room, in-suite washer/dryer, smart TV’s in both the living room and master bedroom, and wireless high-speed fiber internet throughout. The outdoor terrace is equipped with dining and sitting areas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, an evening meal or ending the night with cocktails. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, garburator, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter-tops, and contains everything you need to fix any sort of meal. The building also offers a water purification system which means you can use the icemaker in the refrigerator.

The building features 24 hour security. It has secure parking including entry intercom, security cameras and controlled access with 24 hour staff. The building also offers large infinity pools, a restaurant/bar, and a fully equipped gym. The rooftop includes an infinity pool, covered lounge area, and offers stunning 360 deg. views of the ocean, old town Puerto Vallarta, and the surrounding mountains. It’s a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying an evening drink and appetizer from the bar at sunset while gazing at the amazing views.

Second time and looking forward to the next.

This is our second time at this beautiful property and it did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food and beverages at the building is delicious. The views are stunning. And the hosts are gracious and communicative. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it was more than enough space for the three couples in our party. We look forward to our next trip!

We spend a good deal of time in PV and this was one of our favourite stays. The condo is beautiful, the building, facilities and staff are lovely and the location is just far enough away to feel private while being a 7 minute walk along the beach to the middle of the action. We will be back!

Christmas Season Trip

We stayed at Sayan Residences for 5 nights. Since I was traveling with my father who has mobility issues, it was essential all areas were accessible for him. The Sayan Residences were an excellent choice, close enough to town and far away to give me and the rest of our family the nature filled environment I was looking for. The restaurant's food is excellent, everyone who works in this building is friendly & professional and I can't say enough about how exquisite and comfortable this home is. I'm so glad we chose this residence, my dad and the rest of our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the areas sitting around, chatting, watching whales from the balcony. EXCELLENT ACCOMODATIONS!

Sayan Luxury Condominiums is a beautiful (relatively new) development that is well situated for its close proximity to Old Town. The building is beautiful with many pools and patios all with sensational views of the ocean!! The unit we stayed in is spacious and very comfortable for 3 couples. We would definitely come back!!

John’s property is incredible everything until the last detail is perfect. The pictures on the app look good but in real life is way better. Also the view is to die for and you can see the best sundown in PV. Lastly the whole property is amazing, all the amenities are incredible and the staff are friendly and so helpful. Perfect perfect perfect!

My husband and myself along with 2 other couples stayed here for 2 weeks, it was heaven! We opened the doors to the expansive balconey and listened to the waves, night and day. The bedrooms were spacious and each having their own ensuite was awesome(it would be nice to have the safes working though). The kitchen was well appointed but perhaps more ovenware and a roasting pan would be great. Big plus was having laundry facilities being there for 2 weeks. My husband and I enjoyed a day at the beach using chairs and umbrella provided. We also swam in both pools and the vistas were stunning. The food at the restaurant was excellent and ate there a few nights. We enjoyed going into the romantica zone for various dining experiences. Would totally recommend this condo and we hope to repeat our experience next year !!

AMAZING!!!

This condo and this community is truly the best. We have stayed here twice now and plan to return again in October. I can't even describe how outstanding this entire experience has been. The pools, the views, the food, the staff, the luxury are all beyond words. The owner is easy to work with, the staff was always available and willing to do anything to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable, and Lily provided exceptional massage services at a very reasonable price right in our room (just ask for her at security). There are many great restaurants within walking distance or a short cab ride away. Trust me. Stay here! You won't be disappointed.

I could live here....

I'm not sure what we can say that hasn't already been said in other reviews. The condo complex is lovely and the staff is truly top notch. Attentive, but happy to leave you to your own devices should you wish, friendly and entertaining (yes, that's to you Alexander!). The condo is by far the best place we have stayed in years - it is clean and comfortable and we felt at home the minute we walked in. The kitchen has everything you need, the fridge was spotless, the beds were beyond comfortable and the washer and dryer were convenient and worked well. John was great to work with and provided both detailed instructions prior to our arrival and recommendations for our time in PV. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise!

Best resort stay ever

We selected this condo based on all the glowing reviews. They were all true! This is a fabulous unit in a perfect location. Everything about it is top- notch from the decorating and furnishings you see in the photos, to the comfort of the beds, to the views, and on and on. We spent a lot of time on the veranda - even in the hot season most of the time we had the wall-to-wall sliding doors open so that the entire unit was open. The ceiling fans made it very pleasant to be outside, and you really just want to soak up the view non-stop. The unit comes with SONOS music service (you will need to download the app to your phone) so we always had good music both inside and on the veranda. As everyone else has noted, the onsite bar and restaurant is very convenient (room service!), with good food, friendly service, and reasonably priced. We ended up eating in much more than I would have expected. The restaurants of the romantic zone are a short 5 minute walk either up the beach, or on Calle Santa Barbara. This is easily the most convenient location we have stayed at in the 10 years we have been coming to PV. We used the airport taxi service when we arrived - 340 pesos to Amapas. We used Uber the rest of the trip which worked extremely well. We were here with another couple, and the unit was very comfortable for the 4 of us. With 3 king size bedrooms, we will likely return with extended family in the future. Another bonus - there is full size laundry in the unit, so you can pack very lightly. Thanks John and Debbie for providing such a great vacation location. We look forward to returning!

Perfect Vacation at Sayan 1A!!

We just returned from an awesome week long stay in John and Debbie's condo at Sayan Beach! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation for our family of 4 including our two daughters age 19 and 16. We didn't want to leave and we all talked about when we could next book Unit 1A. A few highlights of the unit and the condo building: * The unit itself was absolutely perfect in design and function with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, three large en-suite bedrooms with king beds, a nagnificent outdoor terrace that when the glass doors are fully opened create a great indoor/outdoor space, excellent technology (internet, Sonos music, HD tv's, and a washer/dryer in the unit. * Beautiful pools (heated) on the ground level and rooftop with bars at both pools and access to food all day at either pool. The rooftop pool has an asbolutely beautiful view of the entire Banderas Bay. As others have mentioned, the prices are ridiculously inexpensive which is a really nice change from typical resort pricing. * Great gym with excellent equipment with a motivating view of the ocean from the gym. Also, access to very inexpensive massages in the adjacent spa. * Small beach at Sayan but also Los Muertos beach is a short 5 minute walk from the condo with great swimming/body surfing and access to beach clubs, restaurants, etc. * Short walk to PV's old town with great restaurants, bars, and shopping. You can walk to town via the beach or a 8 minute (safe) walk down the cobblestone street in front of the condo. As you can tell from our review, we found the place absolutely perfect for our family. We anxiously look forward to a return trip and we have already recommended Sayan Beach Unit #1A to our friends! Thanks again John and Debbie for making the unit available for our rent!! Beautiful property and very responsive owner. We had some air conditioning issues in one room, and the owner and property manager went the extra mile to try to fix it, sending a maintenance person late in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area but walkable or a short Uber ride into town. It is very safe with a friendly and helpful staff. The condo is well equipped, clean, and nicely decorated. It’s ideal for three couples as all bedrooms have king beds and en-suite bathrooms. It is on a lower floor but still has a nice view as you can see in the photos. The highlight for us was the rooftop pool that was the perfect temperature and had spectacular views.There are two restaurants at the property that are only open to those staying there, one on the ground floor and one on the rooftop. Both have the same menus. We thought everything including the drinks were delicious although menu choices are somewhat limited. We mostly ate lunches on the rooftop and dinners in the Romantic Zone. Breakfast is also available at the lower restaurant. I’ve included lunch and dinner menus as the restaurants are only open to residents and guests, so you can’t find them online. We ordered breakfast items ahead of time through the owner’s concierge service, but the breakfasts from the restaurants were so reasonable I think I would do that next time to have more variety. Highly recommend this property—we would stay here again.

This place was great! Spacious and clean, master suite was big along with the closet space and bathroom, only a small negative I didn’t love the toilet behind a clear glass door, wished it was frosted a bit! The outdoor deck was awesome to sit out on watching the sun setting or the rain. Good well supplied kitchen along with everything you need from paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher pods!!The rooftop pool was fantastic and we loved the view from there. Could see turtles and stingrays. Very friendly staff and security. Close bus stop to get into town or quick walk along the beach to get there too. Would for sure stay here again.

Absolute Paradise – Stunning Views, Perfect Pools, and Incredible Hospitality

From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded every expectation. The beachfront views are truly breathtaking – waking up to the sound of waves and panoramic ocean scenery was a dream. Whether sipping coffee on the balcony or enjoying sunsets from the loungers, the location couldn’t be more perfect.The swimming pools were immaculate and beautifully designed, with options for lounging in the sun or relaxing in shaded areas. We especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach – it felt like something out of a luxury travel magazine.Inside, the home was just as impressive. Spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with every comfort you could ask for. The on property restaurant made delicious meals and wonderful cocktails.Our only complaint was the thermostat. It is locked so you can cool the living room or bedrooms room to a desired cool temperature. We all slept warmer that we would of liked. I woke up many times unable to sleep in the heat and humidity even after we asked the temperature to be lowered. The hosts were attentive, welcoming, and made everything effortless from check-in to checkout. This stay was nothing short of perfect – a true luxury retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Adult Family Getaway

John's property is great! What a view from the moment you step in. Very comfortable furnishings throughout the condo. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans. Each bedroom had a king size bed with its own bathroom attached. The master bedroom has a slider out to the patio and a huge closet/bathroom.Also, there is an automatic lock on the front door and a code is provided. Very helpful and convenient.The staff at the building was great- friendly, helpful.We took Uber most places. It was quite cheap for a ride and fast. There is a path over the beach area to the downtown area.The pool area was beautiful and look forward to another visit where we can use the rooftop pool. The sunset from there is spectacular. We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the condo and were very happy with our decision!

Wonderful family vacation spot

I recently stayed at this condo in Puerto Vallarta with my family and was very impressed. The condo was exactly as described—beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. The owner communicated promptly and clearly, which made our stay even more pleasant. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant, especially the shrimp tacos, which were delicious and fairly priced. Service throughout the property was consistently friendly and efficient. The pool is stunning and the beach is lovely, with both inexpensive rides to town and a pleasant walk along the shore. Overall, a great experience.
