Rocky Point Studio

This beautiful, newly remodeled studio is just steps from the paddle out spot at Rocky Point. Sleeps two comfortably but can accommodate two more on the queen size futon. You will not find a more convenient, clean or comfy accommodation in this zone. The unit comes fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, hot plate, counter top oven and micro. All linens are provided as well as soap and shampoo just like staying at the Hilton but with out the price tag.

Would definitely come back!

We loved being so close to the beach. The unit was quiet and private. It had everything we needed. The appliances were nicer than the ones we have at home! Wayne is super chill and friendly. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Perfect 2 weeks on the North Shore. Couldn’t ask for a better location

The studio is located perfectly at rocky point a minutes walk to check the waves. Was perfect for us with a 18 month old having the vacant block next door to play on. Wayne was really friendly and helpful, but the charm in this place is that you have your own side access so we felt like we had our own place and were not intruding on his home. We would stay here again and recommend to other couples or families with one young child. We have stayed in several places on the North Shore and this is our new favorate. Aloha Wayne for the hospitality and Hawaii for the good vibes!

Excellent rental space!!! The property manager was very helpful and helped us have an amazing time in Hawaii. He is a very good communicator and even gave suggestions for fun things to do nearby. I would definitely book here again, and probably will because it was just that great.

Sunset Central

This was a great property for the two of us. Cozy, comfortable, easy to find and just a few hundred feet from what felt like a very private-ish beach. Local flavor with great access to the highway that will take you anywhere you’d like to go. If we have any tips for future residents, go to the beach for sunset every night. Do not skip a single night. That will definitely be our memory. Thank you.
