A/C and Heat, Large yard with BBQ and deck, lots of parking space. This house is in the best location at the river. Just added a new patio with as large deck for a great view. The master room is large with a cal king bed, Other bedroom King and third room Queen the master bathroom is large with a large tub. House provides all sheets and towels.
