This Ski in Ski out Condo is located on one of the highest condominium developments on Snowmass Mountain. Ski or snowboard down to the lifts in the morning and ski directly to your condo for a break, lunch or at the end of a great day of skiing. The skiing of Snowmass and Aspen is the best in the world and this condo is a true ski in ski out location. There is a king size bed in the loft, and two built-in bunk beds downstairs, making this a perfect spot for a family of four vacation. There are two large flat screen TV's, a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, a deck with a view of the slopes and a 'Human Touch' massage chair to help with those aching muscles at the end of the day. This is both a loft and a corner unit which means the place feels large, has an extra window and has more square footage than most of the other lofts. It is located close to the onsite restaurant, the slope-side heated pool the Jacuzzi and the picnic and BBQ deck. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

We had a wonderful stay. The ski in ski out location is fantastic. The transportation service is a nice perk. We enjoyed the hottub and pool. The condo had everything we needed. While not modern, it has ski lodge charm and is quite spacious.

The condo was exactly as described and was definitely a ski in ski out location. The pool was heated and right next to the slopes, and the bed was super comfy! Would definitely recommend this condo for a stay in snowmass

Place is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The complex it is in has very nice staff and the surrounding village and shopping center is cute. I would absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay! The view from the balcony was amazing. Probably one of the best in the area. It was a quick walk down to the Village Mall and the pool/hot tub were really nice. Definitely would stay again and again.

Great location

We really enjoyed staying at John's place. Everything was as described and skiing was just steps away. Beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets for those who get cold and we loved the vaulted ceilings. The only thing I didn't realize (i'm sure I missed it) is that the kitchen is small. It didn't really matter for us since there are so many options within walking or shuttle ride around Snowmass.

CO Hiking Fishing Get Away

My son and I stayed at John’s condo for two nights. Everything was just as listed and pictured. We really enjoyed sitting on the large outdoor balcony enjoying the views and hummingbirds. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay for a week getaway in the summer. Unit has AC, which was nice early in the week when it was hot outside. Location was ideal and check-in was quick and easy. Enjoyable place, and a perfect location for skiing in winter and hiking in summer. Nice pool. Thanks!

The Condo was perfect for our needs with plenty of space to spread out. It was clean and in an awesome location! Balcony and air conditioner was a major bonus, and my husband really enjoyed that massage chair after a nine mile hike in Maroon Bells. What an amazing base for one incredible vacation!! Overall the property and proximity to skiing was beyond Excellent. Sadly Snowmass just wasn’t very open and that was disappointing. It’s not the condo’s fault! My husband is 6-3 and hit his head on the (padded, but still hard beam upstairs.) A Hellish experience in the Aspen airport made me have these resolutions: NEVER SKI AT CHRISTMAS! Other than the beam upstairs, the place was lovely and it was so so easy to get to Fanny Hill! Loved the fireplace,the views,the (Snow starved) mountains, the hot tub! Staff was lovely, drivers were great! I am sorry lack of snow made the trip not my fav. Aspen mountain had way better snow quality than snowmass; I was thankful for shuttles since we flew. I am not thankful to fly though; I have never in my life seen a more crowded and Chaotic airport. 0/10 to Aspen airport! -10/10? I mean, bad. People were crying. Standing room only. Every single plane was delayed or cx leaving; and it wasn’t snowy or windy!

Thank you for your review and I am sorry your husband hit his head on the beam in the loft. I have done that myself and I am 3 inches shorter than he is. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about that particular beam as it is structural. I am glad that you enjoyed The Timberline and our condo (Apart from The Beam.) The snow and skiing in Snowmass is fantastic and amongst the best in the world WHEN there is a base ….and the airport is usually a breeze…later in the season the snow is better and the airport is not so busy.

Hi Susan: Sorry for the problem with the AC. I believe the problem is that the remote that controls the unit needs to be used upstairs where the unit is located. It sometimes will not work from its cradle downstairs. It operates like a line of sight tv remote. Sorry about the lack of information on the operation of the AC.

We are a family of four and we originally bought the place when our two daughters were small and with children in mind.. . Our two daughters are now adults and still join us for trips to Snowmass.(Now also accompanied by their significant other.)

Why they chose this property

After years of visiting Snowmass we finally found a property with a nice view, that was Ski in Ski out and worked for us and our two children. We love our wee mountain home and are sure you will too.

What makes this property unique

Beside the pool, the restaurant and the direct access to the ski slope, it is a corner loft unit, with an extra window giving it more light, a feeling of space and it has a great view.
