Great location with walking distance to grocery and a couple great restaurants. Very close to orange country convention center. Very clean and updated. Would recommend and stay again.

Great Place

This property was great. Location was perfect, close to everything. Safe, clean. Pool was a great plus. The house itself was clean and big. So spacious and comfy! Kind enough to give us some toiletries to start us off, dish soap etc. Very easy to contact the owner, always received quick responses to any questions we had. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We stayed there because we had vball tournament at the convention center. Place was nice with a great view. Very comfortable. We did have issues with internet but they were responsive but unfortunately issues with wifi the entire week. Loved the decor and sitting outside. Great view. Thanks

The property was nice on the surface. However, the washing machine spin cycle did not work, leaving our clothes dripping wet. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean and had old food in dishes. There was a dirty bowl underneath the bed in the master bedroom. Bed linens appeared dirty. Stayed before with a few issues with the cleanliness but was willing to give it another try because of the nice location. Not sure if we will stay again.

Hi, We stayed at the Vista Cay resort for eight fantastic days. the apartment was a real find, really clean and well equipment, bedrooms were so comfortable and the resort facilities were great. I would highly recommend to anyone with a family of 4-6 looking for a great place to stay. We should have stayed longer!! Brendan

Nice complex with convenient grocery and restaurants nearby. Clean. Comfortable beds. Could use some towel hooks and bars in the bathrooms. Also needs a grown-up coffee maker. Five cups at a time doesn't cut it.

My unit wasn’t clean. Dirty table mats, dirty silverware, dirty frying pans with visible food in pans. All of the bed linen was dirty with soil and stains, Master bedroom even had food crumbs under the sheets!! The cleanliness of our unit was unacceptable.

Second time staying in the same unit. We were here 10/2019. First time everything was perfect. First issue was the WiFi, network and password we were given wasn’t working. Next issue was the dirty dishes in the cabinets. I mean every thing, forks, glasses,plates, and pans. The table mats had food stains and crumbs on every mat. And the bed comforters, sheets were absolutely stained, with visible soil, and the master bedroom had food crumbs on the sheets. I was totally shocked how this particular unit has declined from our last visit. Will take a miracle for us to book this same unit again.

We enjoyed our stay here for over a week in July. Property was clean, spacious, and just as described online. It’s also in a great location very close to the pool. Our only hiccup was check in because our code didn’t work and we had to contact the management company and wait for a new code.

Our first rental in another location didn't turn out how we expected, so we needed something fast. We were able to book within 24hrs, which was amazing! The listing and pictures were accurate and it felt like home! The pool and walking trail were wonderful. We spent every morning on the patio, so peaceful and relaxing. We are already talking about renting again soon!
