Come and relax outside on the south balcony, shaded in the summer, and wind protected in the winter. At night, after enjoying the beach and pools, relax in the newly decorated living room with gas fireplace or cook in the fully furnished kitchen. As bedtime arrives, you will sleep like a baby in the king size bed with its own private balcony. The bathroom located just off the bedroom has a new walk-in shower. It also features an enclosed garage with garage door opener for your convenience.

This place is clean well stocked for cooking if you like and very modern. Hardwood floors make it a winner for me. Do not like carpetYou also have a garage to park your vehicle. Wonderful host

Best kept secret in Gulfport!

This villa is everything you could want or need while vacationing or even passing through! As close to the beach as it gets, but tucked away in a private, gated community. The pool is awesome, the home is awesome, everything is awesome. Will definitely be back!

Doggy beach vacation

We love taking our two mini Aussies on vacation with us. Brenda was so pleasant and approved both our fur babies to stay. Usually you can tell the difference in a pet friendly place but you could not this one. Super clean, location was nice. The outside areas were very well maintained and the security guard and gated area was nice . We definitely would stay again. Thank you!

Loved the condo!

A friend and I stayed here the first full week of June 2017. Great condo with lots of amenities! The wifi quit working one day and Denise came right over and took care of the problem. We really enjoyed the pools as well. Great and quiet gated community. Everything is well taken care of the the neighbors were very friendly.

Family visit

We were looking for a place to stay that would accommodate seeing our daughter and new son in law. A place to relax & just to hang out and talk. This property was amazing for just that. For the same price as alocal hotel room, & waaaay cheaper than casino rooms, we stayed in 5-star luxury! We ran along the beach, visited casinos, but best of all we cooked family meals and had lots of space to sit and visit. The owner was fantastic, always in contact timely & immediately. Brenda was caring and a peach to coordinate with.

Picture perfect!

This condo couldn’t be more perfect! The location was great! With a short walk to the beach, your toes are in the Gulf. The location made it so easy to access downtown Gulfport which has a ton of charm and great places to eat or go the other direction for more activity in Biloxi. Also close by are Long Beach, Pass Christian, and Ocean Springs is not to be missed. The condo had everything we needed. Denise and the owners were very attentive throughout our stay. The condo lacked absolutely nothing. We definitely want to come back soon!

Long weekend getaway

My husband, daughter and myself stayed Friday thru Tuesday. We had a great time. The Villa was located within walking distance of the beach and centrally located to both pools on the property. Also, just a short drive to shopping centers and local restaurants. The property was beautiful and clean as was the villa and we felt very safe. Brenda stayed in contact with us during our travel. Her directions were clear and she was quick to respond to any questions I had before our stay and during. I would recommend to anyone. We plan to stay again.

A Home away from Home

The property was truly a "Home away from Home". We did not lack for any of the details such as all types of dishes, pots/pans, towels of all kinds, beach chairs and towels, coffee, all sorts of toiletries to name but a few of those added touches. We could have packed way less had we known! The furnishings were above what you would expect for a seaside vacation rental. The place was immaculate and welcoming. We would recommend it to anyone to make this your Mississippi destination of choice. It is central to Biloxi and New Orleans. A wonderful vacation home whether for a short or long term stay. Great condo and location

Brenda is a great host and very accommodating. If you needed anything all you need do was call. Location is near everything. Casinos, stores, sea food restaurants, museums, and the beach is just a short walk away. People at the Villa are very nice and will make you feel at home. The home is very clean and Brenda has her home well stocked with things you will need to stay there. All things she posted on VRBO are there. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, bedding and extras. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this rental to anyone wanting a great vacation. Bob and Sandy Mo.

Gulfport condo

The condo was as described in the listing. It was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, everything we needed. Bonus to have a washer and dryer in the unit and even a few washer pods were provided. The condo is in a gated community about 200 ft from the Gulf. There are 2 beautiful pools in the community for use, plus a fitness room. The beach is beautiful. Walking distance to grocery stores and shopping. King size bed is very comfortable. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to inquiries. Would highly recommend this property.

A Great Fit

The villa was excellent! It was exactly as depicted in the description. It was extremely clean, and very tastefully decorated. The check in process was very well thought through, everything was explained plainly. The location and property itself were both great. Everything we needed was there. The only thing better than the villa was the owner. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She was very pleasant to communicate with, very quick to respond to questions, and very willing to help in any way possible. I would most assuredly recommend this rental. I do plan to stay in this unit again.

This property is charming. The villa is large for a one bedroom coastal unit. Over 950 square feet with a single car garage. The property is extremely well maintained with onsite security. The gated community hosts resort features with a home-away-from-home feeling.

What makes this property unique

GREAT LOCATION! The complex is very clean, well maintained, and conveniently located to lots of fun, great eats, and leisurely walks on the beach. The amenities are second-to-none. The pools, hot tubs, sitting areas, walking areas, community room, work-out room, and common areas are impeccable. There is so much to do and see along the coast. We enjoy the local attractions and take 1 1/2 hour day trips to New Orleans and Mobile for more exploring.
