Come and relax outside on the south balcony, shaded in the summer, and wind protected in the winter. At night, after enjoying the beach and pools, relax in the newly decorated living room with gas fireplace or cook in the fully furnished kitchen. As bedtime arrives, you will sleep like a baby in the king size bed with its own private balcony. The bathroom located just off the bedroom has a new walk-in shower. It also features an enclosed garage with garage door opener for your convenience.

The unit has internet and ROKU smart TVs. It is very close to shopping malls, casinos, and many fine restaurants.

Mrs. Brenda’s rental was exactly what we needed. Enough room for the 3 of us. Quiet, clean and close to everything you would want to do. The pool was our favorite part! We will definitely book again with her as we come to the Gulf Coast frequently. She is also very caring to her guests, she wanted to make sure my son’s bed was made for our arrival as he had to use the sofa bed. Her neighbors were also so nice, they spoke each day and wished us all a great morning/day. The grounds are so neat and well kept.

Amazing stay at villas at legacy

We absolutely loved staying here! Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! Our kids loved the pool! Lots of things to do around Gulfport with children. We felt very safe staying here. We would stay again!

Brenda is an amazing host. She is very easy to get in touch with and she recommended some places to eat and visit. The condo is in a great location and close to all the attractions and very clean. Would stay here again if in the area again and definitely would recommend.

This property is charming. The villa is large for a one bedroom coastal unit. Over 950 square feet with a single car garage. The property is extremely well maintained with onsite security. The gated community hosts resort features with a home-away-from-home feeling.

What makes this property unique

GREAT LOCATION! The complex is very clean, well maintained, and conveniently located to lots of fun, great eats, and leisurely walks on the beach. The amenities are second-to-none. The pools, hot tubs, sitting areas, walking areas, community room, work-out room, and common areas are impeccable. There is so much to do and see along the coast. We enjoy the local attractions and take 1 1/2 hour day trips to New Orleans and Mobile for more exploring.
