SKI IN/SKI OUT- 2 Bedroom Condo-VILLAGE at SQUAW VALLEY

This beautiful top floor two bedroom condo sleeps six people comfortably. Full size master bedroom with king bed and flat screen TV. Master bath has two showers and one tub. Second bedroom has queen bed with flat screen TV. Guest bathroom is a full bath/shower.

Open living space includes a full kitchen complete with all appliances, dishes, cookware, and basic supplies, large dining table, living room with gas fireplace/slate hearth, desk area, flat screen TV, DVD player, sound system, two comfy chairs, hope chest that serves both as a coffee table and linen storage, and a sofa with a pull out double bed.

Heated slate tiles in both bathrooms and kitchen. Private balcony north facing with chairs. Decor is warm and inviting. True comfort! Two hot tubs, dry sauna, fitness area, pool tables, and misc activities all located on the first floor. Inside heated garage owner parking for one vehicle is provided.

The condo is located in the North Face Building right in the heart of Squaw Valley home of the 1960 Winter Olympics. This unit is a true ski in/ski out location. The base of the mountain and several ski lifts are located steps away. The aerial tram is also located right outside for easy transport to High Camp, where additional lifts are located, as well as an ice rink in the winter and a huge resort pool in the summer, with hot tub, cafe', bars, etc. You will experience some of the most breathtaking views in both summer and winter.

The Village is full of several restaurants, bars, shops, yoga studio, and a spa all located right outside walking distance from the condo. Starbucks Coffee is attached to our lobby. Please visit for complete lists of all resort amenities, restaurants, shops, activities, ski rates, etc. We keep an updated visitors book in the condo and are happy to provide additional information any time. We can help you plan specifically based on who you are traveling with and the season you are visiting in.

We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights this August. The condo was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable, but we did find the pillows a bit soft and worn out. It's conveniently located near hiking trails, Truckee River, and it's just a short drive to Tahoe City.

The place was spacious, clean and centrally located in the one the best buildings to be in the village. We have already booked again for next year! Great place for a ski/snowboard trip to Palisades Tahoe

Walk right out the door and onto the lifts. It's in the Village so it's very conveniently located to restaurants, and the rental shops.

Well appointed 2br unit

The unit has a kitchen well stocked with cookware and spices. We like to cook and it was very easy to do here. The wine glasses were good quality and encourage use. Brad was easy to communicate with and very prompt with a response. Your group will enjoy your stay at this unit in the Village.

Brilliant location! Great communication!

We felt very lucky to stay at this wonderful property. The location was amazing with just a short walk to the gondola and directly above or near some of our favorite restaurants. Parking is ridiculously convenient and we were able to check in early. I appreciated the smart tv’s, stocked kitchen, and heated hard floors. We had 3 adults and 3 kids so the sofa bed was perfect. The owners had personal items in some places and a few locked areas, we didn’t mind but be aware. It was pretty well cleaned but more like visiting a relative vs checking in to a super clean resort; and we would only recommend dusting the ceiling fans. The owner was great! Thank you!

Fantastic location and great layout with good kitchen accessories. WiFi did not work and the alternative building WiFi was intermittent. TV in bedroom did not work. No response from owner about WiFi or TV following notification.

Top Floor Facing Hillside and Driveway

Two nice sized bedrooms. Master bath is large with a separate shower and bath. We visited in the summer and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee. The tv and sound system in the living room is fantastic. The unit had better than average cookware for a rental. It was nice to have access to seasonings and spices too. The underground parking and ski locker are really nice to have for the winter. Guests of the property have access to 4 different hot tub areas throughout the village. Each building has its own unique amenity. Pool table, media room, sauna, workout room, and kids room. Sleeps 4 adults very comfortably.

Amazing Condo in the Heart of Olympic Village

Location. Location. Location. Drive up, park in the heated garage, and take an elevator to the unit. It couldn't have been easier. The condo is well-appointed and has a great family room where we hung out and watch sports on the massive flat-screen TV. The condo is steps away from many restaurants, bars, shopping, and, most importantly, the lifts. You cannot beat the location of this condo. We're already thinking about planning our trip back next year and will be rebooking this condo. Communication with the host was top notch! We'll be back next year!

Great Location

Stayed here for a wedding at Plumpjacks. Stayed two nights at Plumpjacks and 2 nights in the condo (my kids stayed 4 nights in condo). I will say the condo was a much much better stay than Plumpjacks! Loved the location of condo right in heart of the village with nice shops and great restaurants. Condo was nice and stocked with spices if you wanted to cook there. It was amazingly quiet as far as hallway noise but you could hear people leaving and making noise late at night from the large parking lot. But we left windows open due to no air conditioning. This would not be much of an issue in the winter and I think it would be a great place to stay for winter sports. We were there in August so it was a bit warmer and there is no pool but it is close to the river. The only other thing is the carpet could use cleaning. The owner was very nice to work with and was easy to keep in touch with if needed.

We are a loving adventurous couple with a blended family. Our five children vary in ages 23 to 14 years. We live and work in the San Francisco East Bay a short three hours from Tahoe. We own and operate our own businesses which often makes everyday life seem hectic. Time at our second home in beautiful Tahoe and Squaw Village is always full of serenity, refresh, and recharge. "He" is an avid skier, enjoying all that winter and snow life has to offer. "She" is a fair weather skier loves outdoors but favors summer and water. We love spending time with family and friends!
