You feel as if you are in your own little world.It is so private and magical. I have had several friends and family stay here in the last 2 years, and it was finally time for me to have some quiet time in nature. The inside is simply extraordinary. I can't wait to return.

Pye’s home was beautiful and a pleasure to stay in. Only two blocks from the beach, cozy with everything a couple needs. Her communication was great and we cfelt at home staying here. Would love to stay again in the future!

Wonderful hideaway

We love the house, the wonderfully landscape yard that was hidden behind the trees, just a short walk to the beach where we sat with a bottle of wine and watched the sunset. We will try to stay here again next time, even arrange our schedule based on its availability!

Perfect for Quiet Weekend

First time to Waveland. Really enjoyed this sleepy coastal area. Pye’s property was exactly as advertised. It was well equipped for our 3 night stay.

Couples Getaway

This home was perfect for our summer getaway. Very clean, lots of privacy, and well maintained. Stocked with everything you may need and plenty of extras. Close to clean beaches and short drive to Bay St Louis. We enjoyed driving to Biloxi for a Shuckers Baseball game and made a stop at the aquarium.

Perfect romantic retreat or singles get away

This property is well equipped and maintained. The short walk to the Waveland Pier and the close proximity to the charms of Bay St. Louis made my weekend at the Beach House in the Trees perfect. I loved the style of furnishings and the attention to details. The downstairs outdoor area is a lovely, quiet spot to relax or entertain. I will definitely stay again.

Our trip to the Eco Tiny house was amazing! Beautiful home and great location. This is not a complaint, only a suggestion. . . possible lighting downstairs on carport and curtains over the sliding glass door for privacy.

Beautiful property close to the beach!

You need to visit this place, this city and this area. What a wonderful experience. We loved it! The bikes were great for going up and down the boardwalk. Short walk to the beach. The house itself is fabulous. Tiny house living at its best! You'll be glad you went as soon as you get there. Don't miss out on a great getaway...enjoy!

Quiet, cozy and almost perfect!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy. Every window offered a view of nothing but pure, beautiful nature. Our only wish was for a television. While we knew from the description that there wasn't one, we thought it wouldn't be an issue. However, we occasionally found ourselves missing it during our relaxation time. Despite this, the house is truly one of a kind. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone! We will definitely love to stay again!

Jeep-N Stay @ Treehouse

We enjoyed our stay at this perfectly tucked away guesthouse in the trees… Lots of positives; very quiet, secluded, Perfectly tucked In complete nature - Surrounded by trees and natural vegetation, The size was as described, Had everything we needed for our stay, however it certainly isn’t to accommodate more than two people which worked out for us. Everything was clean and in its place, Modest amount of supplies in the kitchen and bath. There isn’t a television or radio that we found however we weren’t interested in that during our stay anyway. Certainly allows you to unplug and enjoy all that that area offers, Most days we started and ended with a Stroll to the beach and back. Perfect place if you don’t need much room & just want to completely unwind w/ a short drive to all the local activities! Would recommend…

Why they chose this property

My dream was to live on the Alabama Gulf Coast by water, but I couldn't stand the congestion and long waits at restaurants as Orange Beach exploded. Years later, I found Waveland, MS. I have water and am on an acre of undeveloped land to enjoy nature. I know the owners of the shops and restaurants, and they know me. No waiting in lines: like I imagine "old florida" where your "chef" was the one who caught the fish you are eating.

What makes this property unique

Modern home on an acre of pines and live oaks. 19' ceilings surrounded by windows allow light in and the view of birds out. The bay is a 2 block walk with a wonderful walk/bike path along the water all the way to Bay St Louis (about 2-1/2 miles down).
