Top floor of a 3-story building with spectacular views over the Atlantic ocean in the town center of Portrush. Bars, restaurants and shops at walking distance as well as beaches and cliffs. Two championship Golf courses (Royal Portrush and Rathmore) are a 10 min walk away, with many others at short driving distance.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, of which 1 has a bath and the other a walk-in shower. A generous kitchen, fitted out with dishwasher, washer/dryer and all cooking facilities you could look for. The living room has the views to the east where you can see the Giant's causeway in the distance and the North, where you can see Ramore Head.

I was born in Holland, have travelled the world and recently moved from Dubai back to Portrush with my husband when exotic no longer satisfied my needs. We love walking on the beach to start off our day, working hard to make our guests feel like they belong, and topping off the day with a glass of whatever liquid tickles our fancy (usually something obtained in the local pub).
Why they chose this property
The property was in desperate need of TLC, and we were looking for a good investment to help us build a business in Portrush so in Antrim Gardens it all came together.
What makes this property unique
Very quiet corner, in the middle of a bustling town (or rather, in summer and on special weekends it can be very bustling. Dead winter it's lovely and quiet). Views to absorb, even on a bad day. We have decided to provide a set of binoculars in each apartment to ensure you can see it all!
