A "Home Away from Home" in Williamsburg! This condo is not only close to historic Williamsburg in proximity, but its decor and atmosphere also embody the region's Colonial spirit. This peaceful condo is furnished in the style of the period, yet it offers all the modem amenities and activities that will make your stay a very enjoyable experience.

The 2 bedroom unit consist of 1,016 square feet. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony or deck, living area, dining area, internet (fee applies), and more!
Less Than a Mile from Historic Williamsburg! Surrounded by historical sites, the resort is just minutes from Jamestown settlement, Busch Gardens and hundreds of years of Americana. Along with outlet mall, two grocery stores, 100+ restaurants all within 5-mile radius. This is a beautifully designed and landscaped on the outside, elegantly decorated on the inside.

Calendar:
Please contact me for availability as I do not update the calendar daily. Availability does change by the minute, making it hard to keep updated.

Policies:
I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me.

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, the owner will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!

King's Creek Williamsburg

Unit was clean. The pool was very close and clean. We could've used a couple extra of the toilet paper, paper towels, and the dishwasher pods that they provided considering we had 6 people in our unit, but we appreciated what was there. The place was centrally located to Jamestown, Yorktown, and Williamsburg which made getting to the sites easy. We had a great time

Hall way smelled of weed all weekend and staff kept all they’re cleaning supplies outside our door all week. Other than that we had a great stay. I have pictures of all the supplies. At one point I had trouble getting into my room because they blocked my door.

So many activities, so little time

We were pleasantly surprised at all the included amenities! We have five children and don’t quite fit into a standard hotel room anymore, so it was great to have an apartment to accommodate us - let alone three pools, an arcade, tennis courts, miniature golf, and several tailgate/yard games to keep them all occupied ... and at absolutely no extra charge!! It was amazing! We didn’t even want to leave the property to attend what we came into the area to do!

A few hiccups

I had booked a place for 4 days, but the resort did not know that and was insisting my reservations were for a week stay and that we were late checking in. After a few phone calls, it was all worked out.

Timeshare games

Washer was broken, no daily maid service and timeshare selling was annoying. Indoor pool is small, coin free arcade is great! Rooms were clean but kitchen was scarce with cooking tools so forced to eat out a lot.

Elegant, clean, close, and simply appointed.

No negatives! As moms on a pre- Christmas shopping foray and getaway the facilities were perfect. Clean, well kept, and supplied with all the amenities that we'd need. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg and a short drive to the shopping outlets and interstate access. We spent most of our time shopping,but did enjoy their great beds (naps, you know!)and their theater. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful- the greetings and smiles of housekeeping, gatehouse staff, and front desk were unexpected and delightful. Also our rental agent,Tara, was extremely gracious and accommodating. Thanks to all at Wyndham Kingsgate!
