This condo has a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The complex is centrally located with all the amenities for your family to enjoy!!

Perfect location

This was our 2nd time to stay at Pelican Pointe over the years and you can’t get a better location. This was one of our best trips yet. We had perfect weather and a super fun week with my grandson’s beach trip. He is just like his GiGi, a total beach bum. He LOVED it all. Can’t wait to bring him back next year. PS-Not but but 2 of my family members slept like babies on the balcony. One, a 3 hour nap and the 11 year old pulled almost an all nighter.

Perfect location

The location was perfect: nice, clean beaches with a family-friendly atmosphere and close to everything! As far as the unit itself, there were a few issues (the washer & dryer weren’t operating properly, some of the outlets in the bedrooms were inoperable, & the floors could’ve been cleaner/swept better upon our arrival) but overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Overall enjoyable experience!!

Knowing that we are under Covid, upon entering the condo, we began wiping and spraying everything down, however there was some stains on the couch, sink and counters in kitchen still had dirt and stains. Beds left a lot to be desired, looking on the bright side, check-in was easy and location is great since this isn’t the first time we’ve stayed here.
