Each cottage has its own vibe, but all are tastefully decorated and updated, all are very clean and well maintained. Each cottage has free Wi-Fi and 50" TVs for your streaming. Back decks have gas grills for your family cookout. We are a very family friendly property and while we love to see family gatherings, we do not allow parties so take comfort in knowing this is a quiet setting for a relaxing family vacation. Your host
Dean and Patti met in 1986, actually on this property. It had been in Dean's family and after taking care of what was a very run-down property for years and building it back up we were finally able to purchase it. We have been married for 25 years are raising our 4 children here. We take great pride in our property and we work non-stop to keep it running and make sure it is enjoyable for all.
Why they chose this property
This is an incredibly beautiful piece of property. We have such a love for this place, not only because of its beauty, but because it was in Dean's family for so long. His Grandfather, father and their partner purchased this in 1963 and after many changes it landed with us. For Dean especially, this place will always be a part of his Dad and this is why we work so hard to make it what he dreamed of.
What makes this property unique
A cottage lined, newly paved, road leads you to a huge field and at the end of that field is Winnapaug pond. We spend as much time as we can there. The pond is great for swimming, boating, clamming and fishing.
