When you stay at Smoky Mountains in Sevierville, you are right at the heart of America's number one national park destination, close to outdoor fun and top draws like Dollywood, Splash Country and more. You'll find a non-stop bevy of live entertainment and activities, plus a warm, friendly Southern spirit that will stay with you long after you return home.

* Vehicle suggested to reach on-site amenities, area attractions (if trolleys aren't your thing)
* Limited parking; two parking passes per unit
* We are unable to provide parking for recreational vehicles, trailers or boats on property
* Fun Time Trolley (seasonal)
* This is a non-smoking resort
* All of the pools at this resort are saltwater pools
* Smoky Mountains guests do not have access to Great Smokies Lodge amenities and activities

Please contact me for availability as I do not update the calendar daily. Availability does change by the minute, making it hard to keep updated.

Policies:
I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. Half of the rental fee is required at the time of booking the reservation. The balance is be due 45 days prior to check in. I accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. PayPal is available with an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, the owner will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!
