CURRENTLY THERE IS NO POOL but we do have direct beach access. Located in Satellite Beach, just minutes away from the famous Cocoa Beach, you can enjoy the amenities of home with the added bonus of AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS! This 4th floor family owned condo has been cherished by 3 generations and is finally making it's debut as a public rental. This condo's mixture of modern amenities and charming decor will leave you feeling relaxed and comfortable. This unique building was built at a time when condo's could be directly on the beach. As if having true beach front access was not enough, we are 1 of 5 condos in the whole building to have unobscured ocean front views overlooking the swimming pool. If you enjoy waking up to the sounds of crashing waves, walking out your front door to a beachside pool, and access to restaurants, shopping, and an internationally renowned surf culture; then we are the rental for you.

Great View!

Excellent view from every window! This building is right on the beach. The location is convenient to both Cocoa Beach and Melbourne. The condo is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the laundry detergent used on the sheets and towels is very heavily scented, so anyone with sensitivity should consider bringing linens from home. I would definitely stay again!

A vacation that exceeded expectations.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The condo unit was very attractive and clean view from every window was breath taking. Access to the beach and beach privacy was real plus. Everyone one was respectful by wearing masks and social distance during Covid-19 pandemic. The ocean view from the balcony is spectacular but the balcony was screen in therefore distracting from the view. We were to see the SpaceX launch form the beach. We enjoyed the stay at Matt's condo we have booked it for next year.

Fantastic Beachfront Home

This property is very clean and if it was any closer to the water you would be in it. I have stayed in many places, but this unit had everything you needed on arrival right down to the napkins.very well equipped kitchen/utensils as well... And if you like quiet you have come to the right spot. You can drive fifteen minutes in either direction for the busier beaches... But this stretch of shoreline is not busy at all and there are plenty of excellent restaurants/diners, etc. just a few minutes away. Great for a family with a few little kids maybe under age eight or so... Teenagers would want some place with more action like Cocoa beach I guess... But that is only a fifteen minute drive up the road.

Our new favorite place!

This place is AMAZING! My mom and I have been all over Florida’s gulf coast. This year we decided to try the Atlantic side and are we ever glad that we did! We had no idea the water on the Atlantic side could be so beautiful! And this condo! Everything about this condo is perfect; the location, the amenities and the balcony with an absolutely gorgeous view! If we weren’t on the beach, we were on the balcony. We sat out there from light until dark! The condo is situated so close to the water that when the tide is high, you feel like you are actually on the water! The condo is also in the perfect location! It’s easy to get anywhere. There are tons of restaurants very close by and lots of grocery stores nearby. This condo is a must! Also, the owner, Matt, is extremely helpful and super quick to get back with you if you have any questions. You are definitely in good hands with him! After being there for two days, my mom and I had already crowned this place our favorite and can’t wait to book our two week vacation in this condo next year! We can’t wait!!!!

Great Beach Get Away

Loved falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of waves! This condo is right on the beach! The owner has taken care of all your needs from chairs to use on the sand to sand pails and shovels! Kitchen is very well equipped! We would choose to stay here in the future!

Quiet location

We enjoyed our stay. The overall building could use some updates but our room looked nice. Matt was very helpful and attentive to any questions. The check in and out was super easy. We loved the quiet area and loved that we were able to play with our children without all the crowd.

Amazing stay! Best view and R & R!!

I have stayed in many rentals over the years and I have to say that the view off the screened in deck is the best we have experienced. This is mainly due to how incredibly close the ocean is. We could see the ocean, hear the ocean and we could "feel" the ocean too. The breeze made it so amazing to sit and relax and enjoy. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We could literally hear the ocean from every room. The building in general may be older but we could tell that it was well maintained. Everyone that we met there was so friendly. The location was just what we were looking for, quiet and uncrowded!! We encounter no crowds anywhere on the shore or the pool. We watched a rocket launch right from the front of the building and enjoyed the moonlight over the ocean every night. The location is central to so many neighboring towns, very convenient for those days we felt like leaving the condo. We enjoyed the benefit of a great assigned parking spot. It was so nice to leave for dinner and not have to come back and fight for good parking. Check in and communication with the owners was easy and I always received very quick replies. Thank you Matt for all your help and your condo did feel like "home" and we hope to come back again!!

Amazing stay!!

My family has stayed many times at the Sandpiper but this was by far our favorite condo. The location and view where beautiful and the condo was very nice. Having the updated kitchen to cook in was wonderful as sometimes the kitchens can be a little tired. The Host of the condo was extremely pleasant and we truly felt welcomed to be there! He was helpful in making sure everything thing from check in to check out ran smoothly.

Incredible Place, Incredible Experience

Our visit to this great condo at Satellite Beach was fantastic. Matt was a great host; he was prompt to get in touch with us when we first requested the booking, and he was always available to us whenever we needed him even when it was just to ask a quick question. Check in and check out were well planned and easy. Matt provided us easy access with exact instructions which really made it pleasant for us after a full day of travelling to get to the condo. The photos on the booking site are cool, but they really do not do justice to the fact that the beach is right there just 20 or 30 yards away from the balcony. There is no need to bring a "white noise' machine because you are close enough to the beach that you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean! In addition, the condo has recently had some renovation work done which really brings it up to an even higher standard. The kitchen and the living area especially are top notch, but everything throughout the condo was fully functional, fully stocked and fully supplied. It was very comfortable and cozy; it's also very well decorated. There is one parking space supplied with the condo rental, and even the parking space is top rate...it's the first one next to the building entrance! Having all of the necessary appliances in the condo gives you the choice of going out to eat or staying in with your own food and drinks. With a fully functioning microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven, and a coffee maker, we actually ended up saving a little money on food during our trip. All-in-all we had a fabulous time. If you rent this property with Matt, you will definitely be treated like family. The property itself is a treat, too. Definitely a five-star property and a five-star experience.

Wonderful beach stay!

This place is perfect for couples and families who want a quiete beach vacation. It was very clean and well maintained with an amazing view of the beach from every room! This building itself is a bit older but the apartment itself is up to date and just lovely. Its conveniently located with grocery store and restaurants near by. I spent a month here and would do it again. The owners were very attentive and responded immediately to any of my questions.

I can't say enough about the service from the owners, location, and condo. Best thing my family and I have done in years. We have bounced around Satellite over a decade and never wanted to go to the same condo twice thinking we're missing out somewhere better. We are planning on staying here and coming back every year. We were missing out by not coming here before. This location is right on the water. It is a bit outdated if you like the modern style, but the owner said remodeling is coming up. You can change the wallpaper, but you can't buy the ocean footsteps from the door. Beautiful condo, walk to restaurants and safe!Owner has closest, private parking spot too which is covered and right by main entrance. Thank you - Laura

Stayed the month of December 2015 the condo was what we expected from the listing. Had a great month the condo had everything we needed, was clean, great views of the beach from the living room and bed rooms, private balcony is literally right on the beach. Location is great, close to Coco Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Historic Melbourne, great dinning and more. Matt was a great owner to work with easy to contact and makes the rental process easy. If you want to be on the Beach this is the place. I would return here and recommend this rental to others.

Beautiful!

We had never rented a condo like this before and was very leery of the process we normally would stay at a well known hotel chain on the beach and decided to give this a try and boy am I so happy that I did! Matt was very easy to work with and answered any questions that I had quickly. The condo is wonderful! Right on the beach the unit is the closest one to the ocean you will not be disappointed in renting this unit at all! Lots of beach toys and several beach chairs in the closet. We are planning another trip in the summer and will be staying again!

Right on the beach

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Have been coming to this area from Scotland (5,000miles) since 1996 and of all the places we have stayed Sand Piper has the best location. A great pool yet steps down to the beach. Plenty of space to play but also to find a quiet spot to soak up the sun and listen to the ocean. This condo has everything needed for a beach stay. Comfortable beds, good sofas, plenty of beach stuff and that family home feeling that one doesn't often find in vacation rentals. Matt and his family have accumulated some great surfing memorabilia adding to the beach theme in the condo. We sat on the sand and watched a rocket launch-a surreal experience-swam in the ocean, shopped til we dropped ate enough food for two families and at night returned "home" to sit on the terrace right over the ocean. Bliss. Thanks Matt we had a ball. We will be back.

Our condo has been enjoyed by three generations - it was first my grandfather's, and is now my father's. This is where I first learned how to surf and where my father and I escape to when we are looking to get away.

What makes this property unique

We can not say it enough. The view and close proximity of the ocean from our condo is a hard to find luxury - buildings are no longer allowed to be as close as we are.
