Sofa-bed in living room for further 2 people. Small front verandah - bistro furniture. All linen included. Tea/coffee sundries provided. Non-smoking. All park facilities available for guest use. Free Wifi.
Property is only 27km from Gladstone. Locally there is a Pub serving hearty affordable meals, Cafe, Post Office. Attractions include Mt Larcom Climb and Botanical Gardens in Gladstone, which has all the major retail stores and esplanade precinct with parks and barbeques.
