PERFECT FOR ONE COUPLE, TWO COUPLES OR A FAMILY
Deck overlooks Number 10 Tee and Fairway. Great location close to the Club House -128 Bunker Ridge Drive Building 50 Unit 5 -- 2 King Size Bed Rooms 2 Bath - Both bathrooms have TALL Toilets.

ABSOLUTELY NO STEPS!! NEW WALK IN SHOWER! This Condo has new paint, new carpet, and all new furniture including TWO NEW LAZY BOY RECLINERS and TWO NEW KING SIZE SIMMONS BEAUTYREST RECHARGE MATTRESSES. All linens and towels are provided. It has a Queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam topper and three High Definition Flat Panel Smart TV’s with DVD players. Also a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen. The Master Bed Room has its own Private bath and a Private door that opens onto the deck. The Large Master Bath has a jetted tub with shower and double sink Vanity. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pans, coffee pot, crock pot, blender, toaster etc. New Glass Top Stove and Microwave, New Dish Washer. New Refrigerator & New Washer and Dryer. We provide Laundry soap, Dish soap, Dish Washer soap and hand soap. We do not provide bath soap or shampoo.
Pointe Royale is a very nice Gated Community with the family in mind. It has a three million dollar Club House. It also has a Health Club/Fitness Room, a year around heated indoor pool and two outdoor pools (one for children). It also has a large outdoor hot tub. It has its own access to Lake Taneycomo for Trout Fishing (VERY GOOD FISHING). Other Resort Amenities include an 18 hole PGA Golf Course, Putting Green, Pro Shop, two lighted Tennis Courts, a twenty four hour Fitness Center, a Business Center and a (seasonal) Casual Restaurant which serves very good food!

Branson Is a clean family Community with fun things to do for the whole family. All types of live entertainment including a large variety of Music Shows, Dance and Acrobats. Go Cart rides, Zip Line, Swimming, Fishing and Shopping at both Old Down Town Branson and the New Branson Landing.
Branson Truly Is A Family Place To Vacation.

We have a 2 night minimum on week ends and a 3 night minimum on Holiday week ends.

The apartment was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The only negative was there was a family upstairs and they were pretty loud when the kids would run around. But other than that, it was a lovely place and I recommend.
We went to the Branson Murder Mystery, it was fun!

I hate to broadcast how convenient this condo is for 'older folks'. The no steps, walk-in shower, high toilets, comfortable furniture was ideal. We will be back the next time we need a two bedroom condo. The host was available and actually called me once.

Very nice place to stay! Especially for seniors. The walk-in shower is great and the tall toilets are fantastic!! We are so used to them at home that it is very nice to find it where we are staying and the walk-in without any stairs to climb was wonderful!!

A very clean and very comfortable place to stay. Security entrance to the property which is very easy to use. Wonderful amenities on the property itself. We enjoyed the bar and grill in the clubhouse for lunch. Everything was very comfortable including the beds. Had a minor issue but the host responded immediately and took care of it. No stairs as promised added to the enjoyment. Would definitely recommend

It was a pleasant stay. It was a great place to bring my mom; it was easy to access. Floors felt a little sticky and carpet was rough but overall a very good experience.

I’m very sorry you felt the floors were “sticky “? I’ve never heard that before from past guests. The only thing I can think of is the high humidity at this time. The carpet is a plush type and was just recently cleaned. Thank you, Carol
