This self - catering apartment in Princess Tower Dubai Marina, 16 floor, have 1 King size Bed (for 2 person) in bedroom, 1 sofa corner ( 2m x 1m - can be divided ) in Living-room, and located only 5 minutes walk from the Barasti beach, 3 minutes from supermarket (free delivery available door to door), and 7 minutes from Marina Mall.
The price include pool, fitness, sauna, electricity, water, WiFi, parking, also license fee and tax we pay to the land department due to the new law. We have all necessary permissions for the short term rent and you will be absolutely secure with us.
