Enjoy the large wrap-around deck in sun or shade as half of the porch is covered and half is uncovered. We've personally rented properties where the owner clearly does not reinvest. It definitely detracts from the experience to have a blanket with holes that a horse could fit through (yes, really), or only 2 forks and a bent knife to eat with. That'll never be us. Not only are we determined to maintain our cabin experience the way we'd want it, we're committed to constantly improving the property. Here are some of the changes we've made:
For 2020:
- We upgraded our heat in the Living Room (+1000W) and Queen Bedroom (+500W). Get cozy faster.
For 2021:
- Added new pots and pans and new cooking utensils.
- New kitchen faucet with pullout spray.
- New Queen mattress -Thicker!
- New side entrance, full length window in door and new storm door.
For 2022:
- New kitchen sink, double basin, much bigger!
- New Ceiling fan in twin room (more fan upgrades coming)
- New roof and gutters!
For 2023:
- TBD
