We offer the easy of 2 private parking spaces and access to a car garage with a washer & dryer.

I have spent all my summers in OCNJ. I can't even image going to another beach because I love the family environment, the beaches, boardwalk, the shoppes in the town and honestly all of the fun in OCNJ including all the people that visit the town.
Why they chose this property
Our home was purchased by my parents in 1989. My parents would like to share the quaint home with others where we started renting it 5 years ago in order to keep the house in the family.
What makes this property unique
The location in OCNJ is quiet yet located near the northend beaches and close to the boardwalk plus other area activities.
